The individual Hispanic guy with braided long hair does not appear to be providing adequate assistance in this establishment.
My attempts to communicate with him have been unsuccessful, and I am finding it challenging to engage in a productive conversation with this person.

I have been calling this number for almost a month just to register for an orientation so I can get paid and they will not answer! You can call in the morning, afternoon of evening and they still do not answer. I am ready to contact some government official about this matter. I literally now have to delay a day of caring for a patient because they refuse to answer their phone. They set up this fake hotline just to ignore people so they don’t have to hear the phone ring. They all needs to be fired and a lot of rehiring needs to be done and they need to start at the top of the chain. This is sick and disgusting! That’s why so many providers ditches the clients because it’s impossible to get paid! And they don’t even respond to these comments because they know that they’re foul and lazy and is getting paid for nothing. Send the phone jobs overseas like all of the other companies are doing; I bet they’ll answer the phone then!

Literally no one answers the phones in this office.
For 6 weeks from 8am to 5pm NO ONE HAS ANSWERED THE PHONE.

Nobody ever answered my
calls except for the supervisor. I guess we have to reach out higher to be respected. I have been taking care of my severely impaired baby for over 11 years, and I just heard that we could get IHSS's help. Hello!!! Please answer these phones because I have been waiting on my corner patiently for many years. I need to get some support now, please?

The workers are extremely rude, and miserable. Every time I’ve needed to go in to the office, it’s been a bad experience and rarely are they even helpful with the simplest of things. Let’s hold them accountable.

I’m so disappointed in the of lack knowledge of the documentation that is needed or how to complete . Worker says one thing and front desk says another. Front desk supervisor told me to tell my worker to call him. All this for a form that I printed from the IHSS website that apparently had an error on the form. I went to submit a revised form and front desk denied it because he said the section has to be filled but worker put a sticky note, “do not fill out”. This section doesn’t need to be filled out because I am filling exempt. I tried to explain but he said he was a supervisor. It’s so clear this section on form is for non exempt. He still didn’t accept form. Too much back and forth and I can see why people get frustrated with this office.

The lady that works the front desk is beyond RUDE! She is always there and has been there for a while. I’m confused because she’s always RUDE and it’s like how can this be who you have upfront representing your company! If you will take a survey about her I’m sure you will get negative feedback. I would like to know who can I report this problem to?

I went off at the black lady at the front desk. 1 word answers just careless. Security guards all looked at me and let me vent. We work way to hard as provides to be treated this way. I think this office has racist's working there. Yes I said it! Fix it!! Not even half a star
