This place has helped me tremendously. TRULY good nurses and doctors that are concerned for the wellbeing of their patients even if they are in a homeless situation they treat them like a human being.

I love their staff. From the front desk they welcome you and are ready to help, despite how busy and crowded it gets they remain patient and help everyone there. The medical assistants are so sweet, very attentive and get every detail for the doctor. The doctors are amazing- they want to get to the bottom of what’s going on so they can fix it and they follow up quickly. The portal is awesome so you can look up your labs yourself! Makes it so much easier, and they have a pharmacy inside. Worth the wait, it’s such a great clinic and atmosphere to be especially if you’re sick lol you feel at home like they’re going to help and they certainly do. Thank you!

How can you be a Dr facility but not provide simple answers from a nurse/Dr over the phone? Simply about use of the prescription provided by the doctor? No surprise LA health care is insanity compared to where I'm from. Shame I had hopes for this place.

I suffered from a terrible three-week long sinus and throat infection at the start of the year and required medical attention and medicine. This clinic was close in DT and offered low cost doctor's visits and pharmacy medicine.
I visited twice and Dr. Potter was sweet, caring and attentive each time. The staff is calm and patient despite the immense challenge and daily workload. Thanks to them and their care I was able to recover back to normal. These are the workers who should be praised not the greed centered companies abusing healthcare service people and the general public.

This place is the best I have been a patient for 10+ years and I have interacted with many staff members and I have been seen and diagnosed by many physicians and I always feel satisfied with my plan of health prevention after I have been fully informed and educated. These employees are so Christlike it is always a breath of fresh air to be amongst like minded individuals whom don't thrive to sin but instead we hate sin and love to be of service to GOD by being imitators of Christ living in obedience to the whole law of the Lord. These workers help me to stay on the path of righteousness abiding in the 10 commandments.

This is my personal doctors office it’s a great clinic I been going there since they first opened I see the H.I.V specialist they are fast and very caring people. I also like the pharmacy is right there on the first floor they are pretty quick giving you your prescriptions. And whenever I needed a walk in they seen me as well. They have their own dentist department as well as optometrist there it’s very good parking is also right across the street and it’s safe to park in the parking structure being on skid row.

This office is very professional, if I had not found these doctors I would have been still living in fear and worry! They showed me that I do not need to walk on eggshells. They showed me compassion unlike any other doctor or office I have ever been to !! 10 stars +. Before I came here I thought I was things the wrong way? Or doing things wrongly ! They showed me that I was in fact doing ok and I was not a bad person. Just another human being with problems and those problems were addressed and dealt with in a progressive and professional manner. These doctors and nurses are truly doing what god would want. “Doing gods work” The rest of the doctors will tell you that certain things are not supposed to be. However they understand that if it is not hurting you then your ok. I was able to go on with my life and again not walk on eggshells. They are REAL WITH YOU As real as any doctor can get. Honest and Truthful and very understandable and compassionate care!!! 👍 It was a god send that I found them. The place is nice. Don’t let the homeless outside fool you. Sure it’s not in Beverly Hills! But you do get better care and manner ! I truly cannot thank Joshua house more. They understood my situation and had a true sense of “we are here to help” from the staff to the doctors. 10+ stars. They truly should have all the stars in the sky !!! 😆. Really.. I have never had a doctors office with as much compassion and understanding! Honestly if this place did not exist I would have been either paying out my *** or not even finding the right doc to help. I have both and a sense of family. I feel like I am family! 🙏😊. God bless these people. They are real heroes. Whoever says bad things about them are sincerely confused. Ya maybe the phones ☎️ are busy sometimes but you can most of the time do a walk in especially early in the day… What do you need to call for just go there and see for yourself that this establishment is HERE in Los Angeles to help you.
Honestly the best thing about this place is they take my insurance. My insurance that the gov gave me. All this care for no cost directly to me. Amazing! It’s almost unreal Truly great people here and I have not had any problems. From dental to medical they can help you.
Ya it won’t be as another person said; “the red carpet”. but you will be treated with compassion and respect and you will have your problems solved. I did !

Thanks for listening to my long explanation of this place. They deserve all the praise and more in my humble opinion.
