Dr. Cheney is the best doctor I have ever had. I has been a pleasure to be her patient. The receptionist "Sunshine", however, who should be wearing a name tag that reads "Storm Cloud", was arrogant , rude, and uninformed. She provided a very negative representation of Baxter County Family Clinic. I have been told that fat people are always happy. She wasn't, however, she should be the happiest person in town.

Dr Lori is my idea of what a Doctor should be. She takes the time to know her patients and does not rush you. Is always available for her patients. Has been my Dr for over 10 yrs and I will never see anyone else.

I love Dr. Lori, she takes the time to actually listen and talk to you. This does make for a longer wait for your appointment sometimes, but I think it's worth it.
