Workers Comp sent me here for shoulder surgery, and while it's 35 miles from home I couldn't have been happier with the treatment I received! Everyone was friendly and courteous, and exhibited consummate professionalism without sacrificing their humanity. I wish I could remember all their names, but suffice to say Longleaf was well worth the drive.

Nice facility. Referred my wife back to another specialist. Fastest visit to any doctor's office in the general area. This is one of the Gulf Coast Medical Group offices. Gave only 3 stars. Because service was Great. But can't honestly rate without actual treatment. Will update in the future

All of the staff including my nurse Vanessa are amazing I was hands down treated the best I have ever been in a medical facility there needs to be more people like them in this field very attentive, comforting, and supportive I'm so glad to have had the opportunity to have them take care of me during my surgery and very scary time. Y'all are amazing keep it up!!!!

The receptionist were very friendly and helpful when I needed it. The Nursing staff were very comforting preparing me for surgery, keeping me comfortable and warm. I can't forget my orthopedic Dr Adan J Kopiec. I don't believe I could have found a better Dr in Adam Kopiec. I thank you all. I would recommend both My Dr Adam J Kopiec. Also would recommend Longlieaf Surgery Center as well TY

I've had two different procedures done here and my wife has had one done by two different doctors. Always a great experience. Professional staff, always courteous never a bad time. Don't know why there are any negative reviews. The best! period.

My patient experience was very pleasant and everything went as expected. It was a simple carpal tunnel release procedure. My complaint is typical of healthcare providers. I was told my financial responsibility was $400 for the procedure and they collected the payment up front. After the procedure the insurance company paid them $5,383.09 (I was there for about an hour and half total), then they come back to me and asked me for another $483. Either there staff made an error or they are incompetent. There needs to be complete transparency with healthcare billing. With a little shopping, I was able to find other surgical centers that charge significantly less for the same procedure. I learned my lesson to not be accepting and ask for everything in writing in the future.

I had surgery on October 17th and the staff were Awesome! From walking in the door, prep, surgery, and post OP, the staff were great. They even called a couple days later to check on me and see if everything was going well. Thank you!
