Most incompetent staff EVER! They do not honor scheduled appointments before walk-ins. They also do not take walk-ins in order of arrival. Perhaps this is due to the fact that they spend their time talking about celebrities instead of doing their job! This entire week they only had one phlebotomist who stabs the needle into your vein like throwing a dart at a dart board! Next time, I will gladly drive an hour to go to Eisenhower where there are actual professionals working.

I called to make sure my laboratory test was for sure in the system and where the off site lab was located. Lady who answered was short with me and when I asked about landmarks for directions she replied in an accusing tone, we’ve been here 15 years. She sounded like I should know where it is. I don’t live in Beaumont and I usually go to Loma Linda but have some difficulty driving now.
Loma Linda is getting more and more about the money and less about patient care. The staff and doctors are usually angry and short. Two doctors I have seen after my usual doctor left, yelled at me and complained about how the hospital sent them too many patients. I assume this because I am on Medicare. I wasn’t ever treated like that in my first ten or fifteen years but it changed the last ten years. I will go to Beaver urgent care instead. Sad after twenty one years of being a patient.
