Treated myself to their best-selling hand cream. My hands have been so dry lately that I needed some serious heavy duty cream. It definitely works. Hands are nice and soft now. The store is nice and has testers for everything. Can't comment on the service since I didn't interact with anyone.

Always love shopping here but I just wanted to mention the sales rep Domi (Dominique) who helped me during my last visit. Domi couldn’t possibly be more helpful and genuinely great at her job. Extremely knowledgeable with products which helped me with my purchase. Amazing, genuine customer service, it was a pleasure interacting with Domi and I’ll be going back as I have for many years.
Thank you 🙏🏼

My mom and I went to this store for some hand cream because we both struggle with really dry skin. We were greeted by Domi, the employee at this storefront, and she assisted us in finding two perfect hand creams and cuticle oils. She then helped me find a body wash that hydrates the skin deeply. She was so kind and so patient while we tried different things. She knew everything about the brand and products. I highly recommend her and this store. We will be back. Thank you for the vibes Domi!!

Unfortunately my experience at this location has been awful. I felt discriminated against based on my race as the 2 store associates were only helping another white lady at the store and ignoring me. It doesn’t help that the white staff member was also abrupt and rude. The black lady that checked me out was extremely dismissive and I feel disgusted that I just bought something from the store although I had a bad experience. I will be returning what I bought the same day because I cannot be in support of this racist establishment. Some of the other reviews mentions how they want you out of the store, and I felt that. Will never be returning and unfortunately this has ruined the reputation of L’Occitane as a brand to me and I will never be purchasing from them again.

I agree with the other review. Come here if you know what you want so that you can get out of this place in a matter of seconds. The Manager?
(not entirely sure, but the short lady with glasses) is so snobby, I'd rather drive 25 minutes to the Santa Monica store even though I live in a 5 min walking distance from the Century City mall. She's just rude, unhelpful and mean to the other Sales Associates. This is visible at once and you can see how the other employees here are miserable and mistreated. In fact, I've never seen the SAs smile and welcome their customers, like the SAs in the other locations do. They are always looking through at their Manager because they are afraid of her or something- which means the customers become less important.
(1) When I went in, looking for products, there were 4 SAs, and they were having some sort of a meeting at the cashier- no one even looked at me or offerend to help. I asked, no one actually came to help (they remained where they were, yelling across the store to give me answers). Actually, this is my 3rd visit, but I'm never greeted when I enter the store, nor am I offered the help. EVER. As I mentioned, no smiles.
(2) I bought few items, and added on the $6 small hand creams that is available for purchase when you buy something else from the store during the holidays. I wanted a few of this $6 pouch, but apparently I could only buy 1. This lady with the glasses immediately started scolding the SA that was helping me and allowed me to buy several, right there in front of me. I understand that that may be the policy, but do the scolding out of my face. From my viewpoint, the SA was just trying to satisfy me, and didnt deserve to be punished like that in public. Then this lady looked at me and repeated multiple times that the SA was not supposed to do this- at least 3 times during the time I was there to pay, along with a huge sigh and a frown on her face.
This is never the case in other Loccitane locations- Beverly Center, 2 Santa Monica, Beverly Hills. It is just this place that is below par for services. I've been to all locations in the area and was first delighted that one opened up near my home, but I'll never be a repeat here. I wouldn't even be upset if this place closes down.
