Forgot my CPAP in NC. Landed in Orlando and realized it was missing. Called Local CPAP after hours and they opened up for me to get a new machine before I had to get on a cruise ship for seven days. The owner went out of his way to accommodate and his staff that showed up after hours Kristine was very helpful and got me in and out in a jiffy. I could not give this place a better review. 🙏

Kristine at Local CPAP was amazing! She came to the rescue for us with a part for my wife's cpap machine/mask that had failed whilst we were travelling from Australia here at Orlando. Highly recommend this store for their customer service and friendliness. Thank you

Customer service from the employee level is very top notch. Both employees I have worked with were beyond accommodating, friendly, and helpful.

They do not take insurance, but when trying to go to stores that accepted insurance, it was not worth the hassle and wait time. On top of that, most have high deductible plans and have to pay out of pocket anyways.

I purchased the Resmed10 machine and a resmed pillow mask out of pocket. Both worked great and came recommended from employees and they explained everything very detailed and included some extra supplies.

Overall, of many CPAP stores in greater Orlando that I have spoken with, this was the easiest, most responsive, and knowledgeable around and I recommend coming here.

This place is awesome! Traveling out of town and called to see if they had a humidifier reservoir for my machine that broke during the trip. They had it in stock and put it aside for me! Within 10 minutes of talking to them on the phone, I had the part in hand! Super awesome and very friendly! Highly recommend!

Came here because I somehow lost a nasal pillow from my CPAP as I was packing it for our trip. Looked up online and voila they were nearby. They carry a broad assortment of CPAP and accessories. Ladies that work here are friendly and the prices can’t be beat. Life savers they were.

I’m in Orlando from out of town, my cpap pillow tore while I was traveling. I went to the Local Cpap Store in Orlando and I had the best and most seamless experience. Cristina helped me and she knew exactly what I needed. She was kind and explained things well! I wish my hometown had a store like this with amazing customer service! The store was neat and clean and well organized. Cristina’s customer service was outstanding. I told her she deserved a raise!

We were on vacation from MI and I left my hose to my bipap machine at home. I slept Friday night without my machine, and woke up on Saturday feeling like absolute garbage. I was MISERABLE. I’m so grateful that I found Local C-Pap, and most importantly, that Kristine was working. Let me tell you, when they invented the word impressive, they had her in mind. This woman is bi-lingual. She was assisting a gentleman in Spanish, and he left with a smile. There was another couple ahead of us in line, and the phone never stopped ringing. Kristine was like a well oiled machine, she was helping people in the store, and on the phone. We were in and out in about 10-15 minutes, despite having a line of people ahead of us, and the phone calls pouring in. She never once seemed stressed or overwhelmed. She was amazingly calm, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. She was absolutely amazing, and she truly saved our vacation! Thank you for your help Kristine, you are truly remarkable at what you do. It was truly impressive to watch!
