The service is fine and there are no problems with the staff, the problem is the product. For years I used the Coloplast C3814 Closed System Catheter Kit without an issue. Last year I was notified that the Coloplast kit was becoming difficult to find in bulk so the Cure CS14C Closed System Kit was substituted. The Cure system is not a quality product, being a quadriplegic it is difficult to use and it leaks everywhere as well when in use. I would prefer the Coloplast kits in the future. Thank you.

I had only trouble with two other suppliers and switched to LNS. They were far more knowledgeable and helpful than the two nationwide companies I tried. They are very responsive to my questions and easy to work with. My medical clinic said they have had very good reports about LNS. Search no more, use LNS. I am in Oregon and they are in Florida. Service was like they are next door.
