I cannot complain. Linda in the WIC office is just amazing, lovely personality and deserves a raise !! I was there yesterday to get a new card as we had lost the first one and it took no more than 5minutes all together. Thank you, and just jnow that You are appreciated

THIS IS THE WORST WIC OFFICE EVER THEY HAVE PLL SITTING FOR HOURS TO HELP A PREGNANT WOMEN THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THAT CENTER I DROVE 30MINS CAME SUPER EARLY N WAS ASKING TO WAIT ALMOST 2HOURS TO GET SERVICE WITH NO CUSTOMERS INSIDE I HATE THIS PLACE I CAME 5TIMES TRYING TO GET MY WIC

I love this place for one big reason LINDA!!! Linda is absolutely amazing in the WIC office. She is very knowledgeable about everything and so very helpful. It doesn't matter where I live in Miami I will never change my WIC office just because Linda works here. If you need someone that knows exactly what they are doing ask for Linda I promise you won't regret it. Josette the nutritionist was so bubbly and welcoming as well when I took my boys in for the yearly. Thank you guys for making our visit so smooth, fast and pleasant. You ladies are the absolute best!!

Called for an appointment the day before and I was told to just be here super early (7:30am when they open) I arrived at 7:10am with my kids for immunizations records. They opened promptly at 7:28am. But just the security guard and one person for the WIC office arrived. No one called us until 45 minutes later after opening.. as of right now , it’s 8:45am and we haven’t been called ... would like to say 2 things.
1- If people call to ask about appointments, and appointments are required .. then just don’t blow them off by telling them to be there before opening...and not attending them when they are actually there way before “on time”
2- Once the clinic is open and had been checked in. Don’t go to the back and ignore patients .. do things promptly .. it isn’t fair that people have to waste time just because of some “cooler talk” in the back of the office by the staff.
Once we went in.. it was really fast .. Thank God..
Just be faster .. we all know it is possible ..

I got my COVID vaccinations at this health center. It was a wonderful experience! The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and professional! I recommend it to everyone.
