My wife and I are in the process of adopting a child from an international country. We were informed that a psychological evaluation and specific testing was required for the country that we were adopting from. Fortunately for us, we found Dr. Frey who possessed all the credentials and experience to satisfy the above need. My wife and I met with her independently and were both very impressed. We found her to be very helpful and insightful. She completed our evaluation and testing and went above and beyond to ensure that all of our agency requests were satisfied. She even met with me on her day off to give us some much needed paperwork so that I could drive it up to Tallahassee to get it certified. In short, we found Dr. Frey to be highly perceptive and informative. Thank you, Dr. Frey – we are grateful for you!!!
