Twice after testing, never called with results. Made an appt for a specific thing that was not addressed. When asked about it, had me down for completely different symptoms than I called for then told me it was my fault. Lady who calls for appt reminders doesn’t speak enough English to answer questions and lied when she said she called me twice for an appt. I had no missed calls or messages from that office. Diagnosed (over the phone) and prescribed meds for an infection that I didn’t have. Docs are fine. Front office staff needs to get off their cell phones, cut their grotesquely long nails and be more professional. You aren’t working at a club - it’s an office where people are in need and require professional medical attention. I ran a business for many years and I wouldn’t hire any of the front office staff.

Dr is always “ not at the office”.
When u actually get to see him, he is very nice and attractive. However, his staff is rude and unprofessional on the phone.
My husband’s rehab nurse tried to call the office on Friday but the office was closed during their normal hours and the answering service never picked up. This was an urgent matter and we had to address it with another office.
Kinda ridiculous. On top of that the office mandates you to come in every 6 months if you want your meds ( not controlled meds).
Normally it’s 12 mo.
I don’t think we ll be coming back.

My elderly (97 year old) mother and I see Dr. Alfredo Lindo, the son. We both are very happy with him and his associate Dr. Ramirez. We have always been treated with kindness and respect. Have been seen on short notice when needed. They are both very thorough and spot on. Visits used to be in and out but take longer now. Still wouldn't change docs for that!

I have been a patient of Dr. Lindo's for 20 years. I moved here from Atlanta and he has always treated me with the upmost importance and care. I would highly recommend his care and his office staff to my family, which they do see him and his son Alfredo Lindo M.D with the highest recommendation.

Dr lindo and his staff are very professional. They are generally concerned about their patients. He listens to your concerns and actually spends an amount of time with you without rushing. I would recommend him 100%. My husband and I love him and his staff. He was also great with my now deceased in-laws even though my mother n law had dementia. Thank you all for being the best. He is the first dr. Who could actually get my meds correct.

Worst office staff ever. Even after the Dr said to do a referral they refused, I had to get the Dr's office that was waiting for the referral to intervene, office staff said that they " preferred " me to pick another doctor from a list they gave me......
Also have never returned any of my calls and have not yet billed my insurance for any of my visits. I guess the next step is to tell Dr. A Lindo what his office does not do. If that doesn't help the next step is a complaint to Medicare!!!!
Zero stars for the office staff.

Dr. Lindo has been my primary physician since I moved to this area 12 years ago. He's a dedicated, knowledgeable and very caring doctor. My experience has been better than excellent. I feel that he cares greatly about his patients, and at times where I have needed medical attention, prescriptions, or guidance, he has never disappointed me. My personal assessment about Dr. Lindo is that he's greater than great. The office staff at both locations couldn't be more professional and friendly. Always service with a smile!

Dr. Lindo has been my primary physician for the past 10 years. He is very knowledgeable in his profession and goes above and beyond to satisfy his patients. Unlike other physicians I’ve been to in the past, Dr. Lindo really cares. He takes his time to explain things and really cares about you as a person. The staff at Dr. Lindo’s office is very courteous and polite. Anytime I need a prescription filled or to reschedule an appointment, I simply call the office and it gets taken care of right away. I would recommend him to ANYONE who is seeking an honest and genuine medical physician, regardless of their age.
