For 6 weeks I've been getting the runaround trying to establish care. Why the appointment person wouldn't know which doctors are accepting patients the moment they answer the call is beyond me. Even 24 hours would be reasonable. But they tell you they will get back to you within 10 days and they don't. I called them back after 2 weeks because they didn't call me back and they said that doctor wasn't taking new patients. How did you not know that when I called? Then I tried with another doctor two weeks ago by I call back because they didn't call me back like they said they would and they said well the doctor still hasn't decided we'll get back to you in a few days. Now we're six weeks in and not one single call back from this Clinic. I have never seen a more disorganized bunch of irresponsible and inconsiderate people in my life. You couldn't pay me money to go to this clinic now

Been using this office for 3 and a half years and I actually really like them . My girls and I love shipman and shes always so kind , listens well very smart. We also love the nurses all of them work hard to get things taken care of.

Shipman is my son's pediatrician, we travel just at an hour so he can see Her. It was worth it, staff got our appt scheduled with no difficulty, Shipman was very kind and patient and I didn't feel rushed when answering her questions about the milestones my toddler was at.

Internal staff is in a mess for the past few months and the admit it. Requests for needed prescriptions go unanswered indefinitely. Currently they're using what seems to be a short staff of new people. Not enough Doctors to cover when one is on vacation. To many patients for them to remember you from visit to visit even with the notes they take.
