I have not experienced anything but good things from NorthShore. They place your order quickly and I usually have my delivery within the 3rd day after placing the order. Lincoln Health has done a great job of supplying my Free Style Libre 2 over the past couple years. Never late. I depend on them. Thank you Lincoln. My only issue is the consistent accuracy. What is the chance of switching to either the Libre 3? N Comparison with blood stick can be between 5% and over 100%.

Done a good job of managing delivery addresses, provided I tell them when it should change in a timely way. If I’ve had defective sensor they’re good about getting replacements to me in timely manner and in general they are routinely timely! Easy to reach someone, knowledgeable staff with real understanding of customer service. I’ve enjoyed their service!

Just want to share, I try to alert you when I have used my last sensor so you can send replacement sensors. I just received an e-mail notification that my sensor refill is on it’s way!… Just wanted to say thanks again.
I normally get routed to Johanna when I have a question or concern, and I just received a notification that my shipment of sensors is on it’s way & I will be able to track that shipment in the next 24 hrs so thank you once again for your due diligence with regard to my sensors as always👍!!

These people are great. They will help you any way they can. They have done so much for me keeping my blood sugar under control. I don’t know what I would do without them. I’ve always gotten my refill on time. If I don’t get them on time they give you xtra 24 hours on the current one in your arm. I’ve never had to go without
