Took 11 months for them to make a repair! Even then it only happened after the wheelchair got so bad that I was injured and required. Major emergency surgery. Worst experience of my life.

I have been trying to return equipment for over a year now. The staff is rude and very unprofessional. Because I am not available on Tuesdays they refuse to come any other day. I am with a totally different company now and they treat people with dignity. I was told before I accepted the equipment from Lincare not to use that facility, but my Dr. did that and I was not aware of who it would be. Never again. Get better training on customer service and professionalism. It is amazing that you are still in business.

Total Sleep Management sent an order for a BiPap machine to this company. It has been weeks since my sleep study was performed and i am waiting on the machine. I called Lincare and spoke to Dan who told me that this is not a common machine and they have it on order and they have checked with other branches and they too are waiting on the order. Dan said he could not even give me an idea when the machine might be in. Obviously there is a medical need here and if they are unable to fill the order i would think they could send it to a company who can. I will wait another week and then will suggest just that.

Horrible company! You sit on hold forever. I’m talking 15 minutes is the best time I recorded. Sent me the WRONG items several times. The last time I called and cancelled the « service ». Person said they closed account and would send a label to return it. Never happened. I get a nasty gram that said I owed them for it. Called on sat again for 20 minutes. The woman said the last person didn’t do it right so she corrected it. Got the label to return the item, sent it from UPS in JANUARY! I’m still getting sun letters from them because of THEIR screwup!

Absolutely the worst! First they said I didn’t have a prescription which I did till April. Then I called him back to try to figure things out and I was on hold for over 60 minutes. Then they hung up on me. Absolutely positively the worst do not do business with this group

I was connected to a specialist named “STAR”.
Her professional assistance to address my problems and concerns were EXACTLY what I needed to hear.!!! PROBLEM RESOLVED - same call.
I am blown away by the assistance rendered on my initial contact with this SUPER STAR.!!!!

Very bad company I try to call many times no one answer and when I have Michelle I the telephone so sees one minute and I stay 45 minutes and no one answers and I need help please 🙏
