The most unproffesional company and personnel!
Had prescription sent to them 7/9.
Did not here from them, so I contacted Mayo.
Finally got a call that my CPAP was ready in Phoenix. I live in Prescott.
After several phone calls with incopetent people, I has an appointent in Prescott @ 4:00 on thursday. At 3:45, they called me to reschedule. I was 5 minutes away, saying the driver was just leaving. Rescheduled for 9:00 Saturday.
After waiting 15 minutes when the person was on the phone, i said my appointment is for 9:00.
Then I got attitude from this AH, and I became unproffesional and tore into him. telling him to stick the machine(you no where).
He called the police to have me tresspassed. There is no way I'd ever go back there anyway.

Andy OTT and Danette Brown saved my marriage! lol! My husband forgot his cpap power cord in Las Vegas, which means, he’ll be sleeping in the spare bedroom, until a new one is replaced! Andy and Danette came to the rescue and provided us one, even though our machine was not “technically” purchased there. They normally do not sell or provide “parts” unless the machine was purchased at their establishment, which I understood and was going to go find a cpap biz that did. Without a doubt, I will make sure my husband purchases his next cpap here. I have only written reviews, 2-3 times in my life, but these peeps surely deserved it. They went over and above the call of duty. (Dang…thought I’d get the bed to myself for a while). ♥️ KKZ

I usually don't write too many reviews, but I have to give a shout out to Lincare for their excellent customer service, good communication and just basic decency and integrity. My 89 year old mom was visiting from Vegas and because of her heart condition and elevation here, she needed oxygen sooner than later. April with Lincare was so great to work with in getting the oxygen she needed and because of this, my mom was able to breathe more easily and able to be more mobile when she had to leave our home for errands, medical care, etc. I can't thank April and the other Lincare staff enough for their immediate assistance and just overall care for my Mother and I. Highly recommend this company!

Friendly staff that went over my results the same day. They lied to me and told me that they walked my 6 page results to my PCP next door that day as well. When I called a week later to follow up, they took 1 of the 6 pages to my PCP and it was one that said I didn't need oxygen even though April had shown me that I do need it. They talked bad about another oxygen provider that my insurance does cover but that provider only took 36 hours to get me the concentrator that I need. I have waited 12 days for oxygen because of Lincare. Absolutely unacceptable!!!

I have used the store in Prescott Valley Az for many years. The employees in this store are very professional and anticipated my needs even before I knew l needed something. They are very polite and responsive in a timely manner. They go the extra mile on the weekends and after hours if something is needed. I would recommend them at any time.

Never had to deal with oxygen before, the tec that brought it to me was very informative and took the time to make sure I was very comfortable with all the equipment and answered every question I had.
Would recommend you to everyone I know. Thank you for your patience and support!!!!
