If possible, I would rate the company with "0" stars. I have not been able to get any supplies for my machine since I got it new over 7 months ago. The whole process has been 'EXTREMELY' frustrating. Why can't there be a company that does what it is supposed to do...take care of its customers CPAP need in a timely need?

My son has severe sleep apnea. His doctor says that it is one of the worst cases he has ever seen. He was prescribed a machine 6 months ago. Even though there is a waiting period while Medicaid approves it, we have been given the run-around for the past several months. I have been to Lincare at least 4 times to check on the status but it's the same thing every time I go. The person in charge of ordering is always out. They take my number and she is supposed to call me back. No call. It has been six months! At his doctor's appointment last week I told him about this situation and he was not pleased. He got on that phone right in the exam room. Miraculously, my son is getting his machine on tomorrow. The workers are always nonchalant when I go in. The last time I went in I told them that I don't want my son dying waiting around on them. Geesh.

The ladies who order equipment feel they dont have to be accurate when filling orders, And remember the ladies who do the orders believe that they can nevdr be wrong. SO THEY MUST MATCH WITTS AGAINST DOCTORS ORDERS AND WRITTEN PRESCRIPTIONS. THEY DONT DO CUSTOM ORDER BUT THEY CAN DO IS CHECK A ORDER FORM BOX THAT ADD S ACESSORIES TO A WHEEL CHAIR and so on...... DRIVE MEDICAL WHOLE SALE PROVIDES ALOT OF OPTION FOR PEDATRIC AND ADULT WHEEL CHAIR. THE OPTIONS ARE NOT CUSTOM BUT ARE CONSIDE ACCESORIES. BUT DONT TELL THE BLOND LADY IN THE OFFICES THESE FACTS, BECAUSE SHE IS ALMIGHTY in that Lincare god office, This lady made my disabled granchild late to go school,
