Went with a family member to her visit and was the worst Doctor ever. Dr Lily was so unprofessional, and doesn’t care about her patients. Absolutely no bedside manner. She needs to get out of this profession. Would not recommend to anyone.

My dad has horrible problems with reoccurring wounds that cause sepsis. We had him on a wound care program that was helping care for his wounds because he is disabled. She chose to discontinue his wound care for absolutely no reason after I begged her not to. So I’m now waiting for my disabled father to die from sepsis so I can sue her. It would be completely her fault.

Impossible to reach of a human. Takes weeks -months for response on the portal after resending the same message multiple times. Incorrect imaging, scripts, and medications ordered. Requires visits for things that should be done electronically, delaying care.

My wife and I have been using Grace Family Health and Lily Phillips as our primary physician for years. Each provider we see there seems to be genuinely interested in our health and wellbeing. All are friendly and knowledgeable. We’ve probably seen Tiffany more often than the others, and we feel confident that we are getting the care and treatment we need. She always listens and asks the right questions. We highly recommend them as health care providers.

Tiffany is an incredible provider. I have a very deep phobia of going to the doctor, and Tiffany made the experience so great. She made me feel comfortable and hopeful. Nicole, the medical assistant, was also amazing! She helped me feel ready to discuss my concerns with Tiffany by being kind, patient, and uplifting.

It is so easy to schedule an appt at Grace and the staff is very friendly. Tiffany is very thorough and she is the kindest medical professional I have met. She listens and makes you feel at ease. I am very thankful for her and the entire staff.
