My eye sight started to deteriorate throughout the years. As a young individual setting up an eye exam for the first time, I was very attentive in terms of searching for the one that would be most beneficial for me. The optometrist was straight-forward within the eye exam and knew almost immediately what prescription would best suit my needs. From scheduling my appointment to the actual examination, everything was efficient and hassle-free.

Lost my glasses and started looking around for a new Optometrist. Overdue already for a new prescription so I figured why not. Called in and luckily I was able to book a same day appt. Receptionist (I apologize, I forgot your name) was very helpful and Magdy was great with my eye care. All around great service, I really appreciate it. Definitely recommend.

I highly recommend this place to people that have eye issues and Medi-Cal health insurance. The doctor was kind to us, he’s very patient while listening to our story. He did a great job at checking me and my son’s eyes, explained what’s going on with our eye issues. My son is in the middle of the process with joining Air Force, but he was disqualified for keratoconus in one eye exam, we disagree with their result and that is why we came here to double check and see if my son really have this issue or not. The doctor said my son has suspicion of keratoconus, he referral us to Western University Health Eye Care Institute. That place has the equipments can give us the orbscan and pentacam reports. We really appreciate his referral to Western University, he put us on the right path to continue the case which he doesn’t necessarily have to do it for us. By the way, we didn’t even pay $1 in this place and my son got a pair of good quality glasses.

We came in expecting organization and formality. The optometrist didn’t introduce himself and we couldn’t understand his English really. We came in for my child’s check up and glasses and there was little assistance in finding and knowing which glasses were children’s glasses and covered by our insurance. It was very awkward standing there trying to figure out which were adult glasses and which weren’t... finally we decided to leave without picking out a pair. I’m not sure how they handle adults... hopefully it’s a better experience but we will not be back. I can say the employees were pleasant and polite from the little interaction we had.

Good customer service. Great deals and a lot of variety. I got both sunglasses and eyeglasses from here. I really like them! My brother also got designer glasses from here and we recommend this place. Will definitely come back.

Every year I check my eyes at this office. The dr. Is actually experienced and he uses the most advanced technology and fundus photos are included in the exam with no additional fees. There is a Big variety of glasses to choose designers and others. The other brands are as good as the designers with a good affordable prices. I got two pairs one designer with 40% off for my prescription sunglasses and the second titanium flexible one with 60% off. Highly recommend.
