I made an appointment online for my daughter, who was having mental health issues. I received a confirmation email and a link to register for the patient portal. It wasn’t until I reached out a few days before the appointment to inquire about new patient forms that I was told the provider wasn’t in the office that day, and I’d have to reschedule. Thank goodness I contacted them, or I would never have known. Now, my daughter will have to wait even longer to get the care she needs bc I have to find somewhere else and wait for that appointment. I feel this is especially unacceptable when working in mental health.

They tried to make me go all the way to Burbank from Claremont for my annual in person appointment. They said it’s the closest one to me. Mind you, half of Burbank is on fire at the moment and it’s a 40min drive. When I requested a location within San Bernardino County since it’s closer, they said they would call me back because they don’t have access to that area and never did. 🙃
