I went to the clinic in Lutz location just for my annual review paperwork , this process is 100% cover by insurance but I got charged $32.35 by the clinic a couple days after. When I called for clarification , Jennifer the lady at the phone told me that's the way they do it when you talk with a doctor. We really need to stop this clinics making money out of insurances and charging patients in top of that just to maximize profits.

Update: I just got another bill this time $238 from LabCorp just because the doctor at the clinic order the wrong blood test considering the annual review list, they're considered diagnostic tests out of annual review. Please be careful!. Review every action with this clinic and don't repeat my same mistakes. I'm out.

It’s always a great experience here at LifeChoices Family Medical. All of the staff are friendly and warm and always make us feel comfortable and heard. I drive forty minutes from South Tampa to have my son receive the care he deserves. I couldn’t recommend this practice more!

I’ve been undergoing Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy, and the team has been incredibly attentive throughout the entire process. They take the time to understand my needs and make sure I’m getting exactly what I require to feel my best. I truly appreciate their professionalism and dedication to my health. If you’re looking to have your hormone levels checked and properly managed, I highly recommend seeing them — you won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely love going to my OB checkups here. Every single one of their staff is so nice and they uplift my mood when I’m in there. I also love the Christian touches throughout the practice, especially the quote cards you can get at the front desk.

This place is awful! I went in last week for a check up and bloodwork. Told them I’ve been having problems sleeping and asked for a medication to help me sleep. You would have thought that I asked for crack the way she treated me. She tried hard to get me to take HRT which I declined. I went in today and waited in the room for an hour past my appointment time to be seen. When the provider finally came in, she started going over my bloodwork quickly even though I did not have a copy in front of me. I asked her to provide me a copy and she said I could get it at the end. She told me my cholesterol was high but offered no help or suggestions to lower it. When I told her the medication she gave me to sleep did not work, she said there was nothing she could do to help me. What a total waste of time and co-pay. What a strange office too.
