I was a paying customer. We were the last one in. Staff on front desk and most esp that Arvin Torres is rude, unprofessional and degrading our reason for visit. We were inside the room and he was just near the door talking to me casually and not in a professional NP/Doctor would do.. not even letting me explain the background and situation. He at some point even scolded me for not knowing the difference of this and that. So disappointing. They were also rushing me just because it was raining. Don’t bother coming here. They don't have pleasant personalities and good customer service. Go to Above Urgent Care or Carbon Health instead.

If I could give this a zero I would.. I’ve been here twice.. the first time I was here I had pneumonia and I told them I’m having trouble breathing before they offered me any care they accused me of doing drugs or being an alcoholic because “a girl my age doesn’t/ shouldn’t get pneumonia” than they offered me an IV and breathing treatment only to find out they have the machine for kids as for the IV they gave it to me as an ingestion probably so they can charge the insurance a lot more money.. My second visit was just as bad Mr. Ortiz came in didn’t look at me leaned on the counter and just started to basically ingrate me I told him I thought I had a fever today and he said “ you think how do you not check and than say you think” I got shocked when he said that than and kinda just went blank and than he asked if I always talk like this because I had no voice umm no I’m super sick buddy! I told him about how awful this place after coming here twice he than stood up and looked concerned and asked me nicely “what happened with the first visit please tell me” I got up and told him I was leaving and never coming back to this place because when someone doesn’t feel good they shouldn’t be treated like this. He than said he wanted to treat me after that NO THANKS..

Quick visit very nice very respectful it's my first time and I recommend this place 100% I've been to the other urgent care nearby and the other facilities don't beat this place. If you want quick, patient nice services come here. They take almost all insurances and medical

Would rate zero stars if possible. Hours posted state open until 8:30 p.m. M-F. It is Tues night and doors are locked & lights off at 8:03 p.m. Hope employees aren't getting paid for being closed.

Many things went wrong. Patients beware! I was recently in need of seeing a medical provider and came in to this clinic since it was close to me. Unfortunately, the NP Arvin Torres who saw me provided awful service. He was very condescending and answered his own questions. I could barely get a word in. He didn't make eye contact for most of the visit. Long story short, I had a back strain, he asked my pain level and location of pain. I raised my shirt to point at the area that was hurting. He stood at a 3ft distance the whole time. And said "ok well i dont see a bulge". He NEVER examined me, NEVER palpated my back, didn't even get a good medical history from me. He downgraded my pain level from 7/10 to 5. When I corrected him, he said the number doesn't matter since it's still considered '"moderate pain". He told me to take ibuprofen 800 mg and was going to provide me a muscle relaxer. I asked for a work note, he said he could provide me with 1 day off and when I asked for 2 days, he told me that my symptoms only warrant 1 day and that I can get modified work. So I asked him if he could provide me with a modified work note and he said to tell my employer my back hurts and they won't make me work if I'm injured. He refused to give me the modified work slip. He became even more short with me after I began questioning what he was saying. At this point, I told him I did not like his tone or bedside manner and felt he was being rude. He responded by throwing his hand up to stop me from speaking any more and said "I am walking away", as he turned around and left the room. There was no other medical provider on duty to see me. My blood pressure was sky high at about 180/90 but he never addresed that. He probably didnt even look at my vital signs. I could have stroked out in the parking lot. The whole thing took less than 5 minutes and I was charged $55. After i complained they said they would refund my money. It was awful to be in pain and be treated like that. The front desk staff memeber was very understanding. I am also in this field and have worked with many doctors, nurses, mid level providers and staff so I try to be understanding because I know its a challenging profession. However, Mr. Torres' clinical skills, bedside manner, and overall demeanor were severely inadequate and unprofessional. I hope that this provider finds some time for self care and self reflection so that he can become a better clinician. Perhaps he is burned out and needs a career change.

I have been treated at this place a few times. Great customer service. This last time I went to a different Urgent care for a deep cut that I needed stitches, my finger got infected. I came here and the NP Arvin Torres, took care of my cut. Very professional clean enviroment. I went back today to follow up on my wound and it’s healing well. Thanks to the providers and staff for a great service. I highly recommend this Urgent Care.

Sir, I am very sorry you feel this way. However I did notice that you left the office while I was checking in other patients that walked in ahead of you. For you to say that I ignored you like a dog, I would never intentionally treat you/patients or dogs in that manner. For anyone to say or feel they are dying, please NEVER confuse a life threatening condition and go to an URGENT CARE. If you feel your life is at risk, please dial 911 or go directly to a hospital emergency room. My brother and myself have been going to Lifepoint urgent care for some time now. They are always professional and clean. My brother had some health issues he was dealing with for a few years. He saw the doctor at Lifepoint and the doctor told him that he needs to be admitted to the hospital for his condition. He went to the E.R., waited 7 hrs just to be denied help and sent him home very disappointed. He doctor sent him to another doctor with the same result. He wasn't getting the help he needed and his health was declining. The doctors and staff at Lifepoint were not giving up. The staff at life point had my brothers best interests at hand. The reason I decided to write this review is because Lifepoint finally, after a long road got my brother the help he needed. My brother is getting much needed care and is now on the road to recovery. I would like to thank the Lifepoint on the behalf of our whole family for looking out for me and my brother. They are some special people at Lifepoint and they have chosen the right path in there lives because they truly care and thats what the medicalfield should be. I would recommend Lifepoint to anyone that needs care.
