A "warm" and welcoming facility to go and be around other people who have addiction problems as yourself. The staff is friendly and nice, and I actually enjoy my group meetings as I continue my journey through sobriety. A special shout out to the manager Charlton for being professional and candid. I'm glad I chose to come here.

If i could give zero stars i would. My doctor referred me to Lifenet. I went in for my intake appointment. Not long into the appointment it was determined that they could not help me and they would refer me out. Unfortunately, the person who completed the intake could not complete referrals so I was scheduled with someone in the office (Valarie). We completed the appointment a week later remotely and I was to be referred out. A few weeks passed and I called to check the status. I was told by Shay that it had been sent out to the doctors office. I asked if they sent it to my insurance. They did not. I was told by a man in their office that Valarie was not longer working there as she had some problems with her kids. Huge HIPAA violation. Two months later and no one has sent the referral. The man I talked to promised to call me back two weeks ago and he never did. They want me to come back in and pay another copay and see a second person to the get the referral. I made an appointment with my family doctor. I’ll pass along the trouble with Lifenet and hopefully he’ll refer patients elsewhere. I also reported this to my insurance company.

Do not go here. If you're unsatisfied with care. They will not send all med records to new doc. Do not not not go her pls. If You have clean time find somewhere else pls

They are a mess this is two time in a month my appointment is not set one time they email me that they canceled my appointment but it was a malfunction now today they are close without my knowledge email or call me that you all need to be close before I come to my appointment please do better as a business or I am moving back to Elite Care Inc which I might have too!

I wasn't going to leave a review but I'm honestly sick of this place. I canceled my sessions for therapy MONTHS ago and they won't stop calling me and scheduling me for appointments. I've repeatedly told them I'm not interested and yet they continue to call me. I originally stopped going because I found out I was pregnant and needed to know whether or not I needed to discontinue my medication. The office and the doctor wouldnt return my messages and I ended up in the hospital with medication discontinuation. Even after the fact they were apathetic towards the seriousness of the situation. They are also bad with getting prescriptions refilled in a timely manner. Overall I'm highly disappointed with this establishment but they won't let me move on with a more equipped practice

I currently am enrolled with Lifenet Services. I have been a patient going on 6 months. The service and staff are awesome ?. They are very understanding that situations come up and life happens to everyone. The appointment process is fast, the doctor will strive to help you in anyway she can as far as the right way to treat you and guide you in the right direction according to your needs so you can achieve success..? If your really wanting to quit and have the mind set to do so, this is the program for you.The counselors at Lifenet are very understanding and treat ykulike family instead of a patient which i appreciate more than anything.
