This company has no compassion on the back end. I lost my mother Friday Nov. 1 and I call to have the equipment they provided removed on the 3rd today is the 5th and they've not picked up their bed and other stuff. My pain is no more important than anothers and I certainly do not want special treatment. Life Healthcare Services made arrangements for it picked up on the 3rd but the bed requires 2 people and they sent a single person who refused to try on his own. So asked if they could make sure it was out first thing in the morning and I'm told they will be here before noon on Nov 5th. Why cant they keep their word. They did not come before 12 so now it is twice they have failed to meet the deadline they set. I have expressed the pain it causes me to continually see this equipment and be reminded of the Cancer that took my Mom in just 4 months time from Dx to the final day. I am in customer service. I would have moved the universes to have the equipment out as fast as these people deliver it not to cause another humanbeing to suffer one second more than possible. They made a mistake and I have to suffer the consequential delay. They do not care, these people are corporate monsters that provide a necessary service with no compassion, zero. If I were the account manager at Accentcare I would be looking for a new provider of equipment for their patients and their families. I will report the interaction with their Accounts manager.

My mother passed and we have been waiting too many days for them to pick up equipment. Christian said the driver would give us a call beforehand. That never happened. We sit facing the front window, and nobody came. Nobody knocked on the door or rang the doorbell. But they will lie to the Accentcare Hospice team and tell them otherwise. It is disgraceful. We are in mourning trying to get rid of this stuff to try and heal. People are coming over this afternoon. This company doesn’t listen. They don’t care. And now whenever I call, someone just puts on hold with music. They don’t take responsibility for their mistakes and lie to cover it up. I will be taking this to a higher authority, maybe even an attorney. Inexcusable!

Trying to get a hold of the owner of this so called small family business is like trying to reach the POTUS. I have a billing issue and called Customer Service who are simply reading from a script and used to taking orders but have no clue what to do with billing questions and woman kept placing me on 10-15 minute holds. I asked to speak to a Manager or the Owner after calling 3 different times waiting on call backs but no one ever called back. 3 days later and only after I sent an email to them threatening to go to the Department of Elderly Affairs, a person named Natalie called me back. She said she is not the owner but that all issues go through her. That would be great if she represented this DME company with a little more compassion and professionalism. I mean the entire reason I’m even speaking to her is because I have a loved one in Hospice that apparently contracted to “Rent” equipment with them. I explained to her that I don’t know the process and understood the Oxygen Tank had to be returned but not other items like a cot and commode. But they don’t care, shame on them. With my billing inquiry, I simply needed some guidance and had some questions but she automatically treated me as if I was trying to get out of paying a bill, she was very dismissive and even insinuated I was lying about not knowing some things were rented, how would I know that? I explained to her that the Hospice company ordered these things. Anyway, I did not appreciate her attitude and told her that. I was refused the name of the owner a few times until finally she gave me a name, never heard from him or her who knows. But either way, I am now trying to make payments on equipment we did not need. Hospice ordered them. But again, nobody cares as it’s all about the next order they can get. If the owner sees this, please know that your representation on the front line does not match the type of services that make up your business and you should pay closer attention. I told Natalie that there is a lot of competition out there for DME and that I would be posting something on social media. She could care less.

I highly recommend for anyone to use this company for their medical equipmenty needs. When my grandmother was admitted into hospice, Life Healthcare Services contacted us immediately to start the transfer of the current medical equipment. The girl who i spoke with coordinated for both companies to be at my house the same day to swap out the equipment and the other companyt never showed up. Life's driver took apart the other companies bed and assemble their bed so we can start service with hospice the same day, because of their help i was able to bring my grandmother home the same day. the other company showed up 3 days later to pickup their items

I had my mother in Harmony & Life Healthcare services was the DME provider for Hospice, I need to express my gratitude with your customer service personnel & technicians they were very detailed with explaining the process and the transition was a smoothe one, I then referred my mother in law for an item that she needed to give her quality of life. Very satisfied encounter, thank you

My father passed away 48 hours ago and they still have me staring at the bed he died in. They keep promising a time and then a later time and then
another time. They have no compassion.
