April 2020. Life Care employee - young, dark hair, thin, sweating and, disturbingly, out of breath - arrived at our address to pick up home oxygen equipment during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, without wearing a mask or have any mask visible on his person, despite our having called in advance to confirm as much and being assured that such basic and necessary precautions would be taken. Luckily, my extremely at-risk mother had had the foresight to leave the equipment outside the premises prior to his arrival, just in case. Good thing! Even the local UPS drivers wear masks these days, and they aren’t typically interacting with customers inside their homes. Completely inexcusable performance on the part of an essential business during this trying time in human history.

This place was awful. I healed before they were ever able to get me the equipment. I beleive they still charged my insurance. I am on a never ending hold as I type this review. I had bunion surgery and callrd the day I was discharged from the hospital. Since my dr. ordered the crutches and scooter they said I was not high priority. 2 weeks later I am still not a priority. I since purchased my own equipment and am on the mend. This company is a scam and they do not care about you...just your insurance.

Unable to contact them to get CPAP supplies. On hold waits are over 1 hour and then they hang up before you can say hello. I've given up trying with this horrible company.
