Medical Fraud!!! They keep sending gel pads for a TENS unit provided by chiropractor over a year ago. Tried calling multiple times- no one responds or returns calls. Informed my insurance. Next step get a lawyer to prevent FRAUD!!!!

I was hurt on my job by a physical assault as a result I suffered back and neck pains. My chiropractor gave me a TENS machine after one of my session. I was horrified to have my car broken into mother's day weekend, and had to call the police because sadly the machine was stolen. Lisa was so professional and courteous. She was attentive and empathic to the fact I was in pain and frazzled by the whole ordeal. She assured me she would contact the chiropractors office so that I would not have to wait for delivery through the mail, so said so done! I had a new device within a day. She called to make sure I was in receipt, stayed on the phone while I arrived to the office. I was crying by this time, because the whole ordeal just felt like I was assaulted all over again. The owner called me a week later to follow-up and also send pads. I am still using the device, I am not 100 percent. I returned to work, but need the device nightly. But I am grateful for the assistance I received to aide in my road to healing and recovery.

Continues to send me an excessive amount of pads for a TENS unit machine I received from my chiropractor. I wouldn't even give this company a one star review, it would be zero if I had the option. My chiropractor's office has tried to reach out to this company multiple times for sending me an excessive amount of supplies and billing me an astronomical amount for them. Totally unethical. I wish I could somehow refuse the mailings from this company via USPS.

My chiropractor strongly suggested I use this company for medical supplies. I honestly feel they committed insurance fraud with the help of my chiropractor. I was misinformed about how they billed my insurance. I just have a bunch of useless non-returnable equipment.

Liberty sent me supplies through my chiropractor. I mailed to them the total amount due to them that they agreed upon and they proceeded leaving messages and billing me for more than 2 THOUSAND DOLLARS! The last straw was a collection agency calling! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Better Buisness Bureau will handle this matter ! Totally unethical practices!

Chiropractor suggested I sign a form to receive medical supplies from this company. I received a tens machine worth about $100 and a back brace along with a ton of electrodes. They charged my insurance company over $3000! I'd consider this insurance fraud...wouldn't you

I was in a car accident years ago and still see my chiropractor for my back and neck pain. He works wonders for me but my TENS unit helps tremendously with the pain . Thank you Liberty for helping me get through the day pain free.

I sincerely hope that a member of management reads this . I have tried ALL DAY to reach someone--anyone--to ask if they would help me get a CGM. I am a diabetic (for 63 years) who has insulin unawareness and I DESPARATELY NEED A CGM. My last hypoglycemic episode resulted in a blood sugar of 17 (at a concert). I absolutely cannot tell when my blood sugar is falling. I have a letter from my doctor. saying the CGM is my life-saving device. Every time I have called you today--6 times--I have been placed on hold for 20 min. You can't possibly be that busy. Would someone please help me...PLEASE. Thank you!
