Their customer service will make you cringe. On 01/27/2022 I called their compounding department to get more details on ingredients, BUD studies with antimicrobial effectiveness testing per USP 51 for their bases. Not only they were not able to respond, but they became defensive and had to remind me that if I do not order, they will not be able to provide me with any "compounding support". If you consider compounding support informing your customers on what you're actually selling and if you do not provide this information on your website, how do you expect to sell your products? I did not ask for a specific formula.
It took Fagron just an email to give me all the details that I needed on their bases and I was expecting the same level of professionalism from Letco as well - it just was not the case.

BUYER BEWARE!
GOT A DEFECTIVE MACHINE, (UNGUATOR PRO), I WENT BACK AND FORTH FOR THREE MONTHS BEFORE WRITING THIS REVIEW. KEPT HEARING EXCUSES AND PREMISSES FROM MANAGEMENT (WYN) AND SALES PERSON (ADAM DAVIS) BUT THEY DIDN'T DO ANY OF WHAT THEY PROMISED OR SUPPOSE TO DO. BASICALLY THE MANUFACTURER OF UNGUATOR PRO (HEALTH ENGINEERING INC.) GAVE LETCO A REFUND FOR THE DEFECTIVE MACHINE THAT I SENT BACK TO LETCO AND LETCO REFUSES THE RELEASE THE REFUND TO ME. THE MACHINE THAT I PURCHASED WAS BRAND NEW AND NEVER WORKED PROPERLY FROM DAY ONE AND THE MANUFACTURER CONFIRMED THAT THEY HAD A DEFECT WITH IT AND AGREED TO TAKE IT BACK. BUT LETCO WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IN TAKING BACK MY MACHINE AND NEVER GIVING ME BACK MY REFUND.
BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU BELIEVE FROM LETCO, EVEN IF IT IS ON AN EMAIL.
