Dr Lesueur has some of the best bed side manners I've ever seen. Night and day in comparison to other care we have received on the mountain. My daughter had her surgery here and her recovery phenomenal. Both he and his entire staff were professional, communicative and responsive, even through some very difficult exchanges with another party. When I needed attention after hours regarding her medication, Dr Lesueur got back to me extremely fast even though he was on vacation. I definitely recommend them and will continue to be a medical patron!

Heidi at the office was incredibly rude and controlling. "We don't reschedule appointments based on your parties". When I asked a simple question. She was very rude even to the point of yelling at me. Very unprofessional for someone wandering the phone. She called out another doctor and told me what the other dr did was "malproctice". One wouldn't think in this profession a receptionist call out a doctor for malpractice...we'll see if they earn a better review one day.

My wife had an appointment today at 4pm. We got here at 3:45pm (15 min before our appointed time) and they told her she had to reschedule because of the 30 min paperwork that she had to fill out. What is the point of having an appointment time if you have to arrive 30 min earlier to check you in?

We will not be returning here, we rather drive to Flagstaff for ENT. 0 stars! It is 2024, do better.

Dr. LeSueur and his staff are Amazing!!! My kid’s had their tonsils out at different times, and both times, Dr and staff were so kind, efficient and did a great job! My kids now sleep better and breathe easier! Thank you again, you guys are the BEST!!!

In my experience, sometimes (often) doctors tend to act dismissive and arrogant, behaving as though they are the only ones on the planet with any intelligence. So when I come across a doctor who does NOT act like this, it is incredibly refreshing.

Dr. Lesueur is one such doctor: he looks at you and actually listens, he values what you have to say about your symptoms, and he treats you as a rational and intelligent human being-- instead of an unevolved creature who oozed out of the sludge into his office to stink up the place, as so many other doctors tend to do. I cannot emphasize enough how refreshing it is to have a doctor actually listen and treat me as an equal human being!

In addition to this, I've visited him for three different issues now over the course of the past three years: twice for my daughter and once for myself. Each time he displayed a caring and professional manner and then he took steps to resolve the problems we were having. Two of those problems required surgery, and he and his excellent nurse Telly worked very hard to make sure we were scheduled as quickly as possible.

Out of all of the doctors I've encountered both on and off the mountain, I am most impressed with Dr. Lesueur and most inclined to trust his diagnoses. I honestly wish that all doctors were as competent, helpful, kind and caring as he has proven himself to be. If they were, the world of medicine would truly be a better place.

I have never had a doctor so kind and have so much patience as Dr LeSueur. He took the time to listen to my daughter and her concerns with her tmj. I love that he did not push injections and really catered to her anxiety about getting shots. His staff is also very kind and professional. I love that they were accommodating and quick to respond to my voicemail.
