I'm calling the manager or supervisor. These people claim they called my phone to do a virtual appointment, Never called. Never gave me my benefits. These people are rude as hell. They don't care. If you don't like your job then freaking quit. People need their benefits not your attitude.

They failed to call me to come pick up some papers and it's impossible to actually contact someone at the front desk. My advice, try a different center if you can.

I’ve never been treated with so much respect from any doctors office, let alone a clinic based around people at low income. The amazing nurses and doctors here are always so respectful and direct with me, I’ve never felt like I was wasting their time or asking too many questions. As a young adult I appreciate this more than you know. Thank you guys

The receptionist on the phone from the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment on the phone today and they called at 8:30 am (my appointment was at 9:30). When I call back for the second time (9:30 and 10 am), the front desk receptionist said that she had called me two times. A lie! And I have my phone’s record of calls to prove it. And she told me off, almost yelled at me about not answering the call (which was not true), and hanged up on me.

Very unprofessional phone receptionist. I called to get an access code in order to use their app and they gave me the run around for two weeks in order to reach a nurse. Still haven’t received a call back after leaving a voicemail. When I called them twice the final day around 440 about the same issue they decided not to answer the phone for the rest of the day. Worst experience and clearly these ladies do not want to do their job. Definitely shouldn’t be in a work position to help people if they aren’t truly committed to doing so.
