Had a great experience at LensCrafters in Macy's at Century City Mall! My sunglasses were totally chewed up by some dogs, and honestly, I thought they were a lost cause. But Rob, the awesome associate there, took care of everything. He cleaned them up and even gave them a fantastic upgrade that made them better than ever!

I was really impressed with the customer service Rob provided. It’s not every day you find someone so dedicated to helping out. I’ll definitely be coming back to LensCrafters for all my eyewear needs from now on. Highly recommend checking this place out!

My sunglasses broke and I thought all I needed was a new screw. I took them into Lens Crafters and Audrey showed me that the arm of the glasses had actually been twisted and broke off. She spent the better part of an hour doing everything to make the glasses look and fit as much like new as they possibly could. They now look and fit great. I would definitely go back to Audrey again.

I was there to ask a fix for my eyeglasses and check black frame with nose pad during my lunch break. Roberto welcomed and helped me right away and showed a really good frame that I wanted exactly. Also, they had 30% off for all frames and lenses. Thank you guys!

Went there today for my first exam in over 2 years and speaking as a 21 year old who doesn’t know a whole lot about insurances, I felt very secure about my options explained by Lena who went out of her way to get me the best discounts on my coverage. She answered any questions I had and was so friendly! Optometrist Sharon Yousefi was very easy going and thorough with explaining the exams. She even talked to my insurance to get me a better discount! Really loved my experience and can’t wait for my new lenses!
