5 Stars – Amazing Store and Even Better Service!

I had such a great experience at this LensCrafters in Century City. The store is beautiful—modern, clean, and really well-organized. The selection of Cartier glasses is incredible, with way more options than I’ve seen elsewhere.

Johnny was fantastic! He helped me pick out my second pair of Cartiers, and it was actually his first-ever Cartier sale. He was so friendly and professional, and you could tell he really cared about making sure I was happy with my choice.

What really made me want to visit this location was finding out that Leo, the manager, had moved here. He used to manage the Beverly Center store, and honestly, I went back there recently, and it felt dull and lifeless without him. Leo is just the best—so attentive and helpful, and he always finds the perfect solution for anything you need.

This store is hands-down the better option now. My only tiny suggestion would be for Cartier glasses to come with a branded Cartier bag to really complete the luxury experience.

If you’re looking for amazing glasses and top-notch service, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Alaina is always super nice and helpful! I came in a few months ago to get new glasses and she helped me find my perfect pair. I needed an adjustment on the nose pads and came back to see her and she took care of it for me. I will keep coming back to this store as long as she works there because I know she’ll always provide me with the best service.
