These people are scamming the American people, the VA and veterans. They allow fully incompetent and malicious medical providers to do exams and send completely inadequate/wrong/misleading opinions to the VA. If you try to complain about a QTC provider to QTC, they will tell you to contact the VA to get scheduled for another exam. That means this company has a financial incentive to provide unfair/inadequate exams just so they get to do it again and make more money. They have no process for holding their examiners accountable. Government waste/fraud. Here it is!

Horrible service and treatment of veterans. Very dismissive and passive aggressive with callers. Long wait times on hold and if you show an inkling of being upset with their horrible service they start playing games with the phones and hold and hanging up etc. they even explained to me I couldn't reschedule an appointment I cannot make due to them potentially having trouble with their VA contract. So this company puts the inconvenience of veterans AFTER they fulfilled what the VA would like out of them to keep their contracts. I was told I couldn't reschedule my appointment and it was going to mess up my claim if I couldn't cater to them. Horrible horrible company, looks like they are involved with Lockheed so they have heavy hitters getting them government contracts. I even asked the operator how would a senator or state rep like how your company operates? They claimed "they already know" so very cocky rude people they have created to help veterans over there for a middle man contract to begin with great job! You suck. Typical government contractor.

I am a Marine Veteran that can say was a bit upset and impatient to get my C&P report back sooner but due to the Dr being off for vacation after my Exam, my report was not cleared up or completed which VA sent back to QTC to get Dr from Louisiana to complete. After speaking to several QTC reps, I was still impatient and perturbed because I felt their explanation was beating around the bush. I finally ended up speaking to an agent named Marisol Gonzalez who was very professional in which she explained the same thing as previous agents did, but with a different approach giving me more ease and patience in regards to my situation. Her professionalism and character of conversation inspired me and gave me hope that VA would soon have my report to complete my C&P and I would be on the road to getting a quick decision. I give Ms. Gonzalez a 5 * rating for her professionalism, awesome character, service, and concern to us Veterans, knowing how to handle any situation appropriately in a timely and precise manner despite our attitudes and us being impatient. Ms. Gonzalez is truly an awesome agent and good asset to the QTC team going above and beyond, walking that extra mile in defining what Customer Service really is. Outstanding job Ms. Gonzalez and keep up the good work. Semper Fidelis from a Texas Veteran.

I hope that a Contracting Officer reads these, but I will attempt to reach out to them myself.

I received my initial appointment drop a couple of weeks back and carefully documented and transcribed to my office 365 calendar. Let me add that I'm calendar driven and extremely organized. I show up to a location (an hour away from home and across St Louis) and the doctor has no evidence of my appt. We call QTC, speak to 4 different people, the last of which told me that my audio exam was last week (on a Sunday). I received zero notice that my appointment had been changed and now missed both time and a very important client kickoff meeting? QTCs response was reassuring - "I don't know and I think we were having computer issues that day".

The standards and quality of service from this place are attrocious. I will be contacting both the VA and the CO of this contract to make sure that this is documented in CPARS. I'll post the contact info here as well in case previous/future veterans want to upchannel their concerns to an entity that can actually take some action.

If i could rate lower I would, and what scares me more that the treatment and conduct of this company is that reading reviews I find that the VA system uses them as well. Let me start with saying that my husband and I have not dealt with them through the VA system as of yet, but through the railroad retirement board. My husband had to go out on medical leave and file for disability through the railroad, but he is also a disabled veteran so we are about to deal with that as well. We were informed that he would be subject to exams by doctors, and as a disabled veteran we were fine with this, we've been through it before. When QTC called my husband to set up his appointment they told him he was seeing a psychologist because anxiety had been checked on his paperwork, but was assured that the doctor he was going to was going to cover his whole claim and was then informed of the date of the appointment and was told that he would receive paperwork in the mail. The paperwork was never received, and after many calls to the RRB, and lots of frustration , we obtained the number to QTC. Upon calling them we were informed that his appointment was in fact not on the day we were told, but later that week. Had we not called we would not have known the correct date and time, nor the address of the "office" of said doctor.

On the day of the appointment we show up at the "office building" to find that it's an old hospital that looks like it needs to be torn down. There was no directory and no one to tell you where to go. We ended up wondering around many long dark halls, that had many locked doors, and wondered when someone was going to jump out with some sort of killing tool. It honestly looked like the set of a bad '70's b budget horror film. When we finally found where we were supposed to go we were escorted to an old patient room that was the "office" and informed that anything told during the session was not confidential. My husband was having a bad day and could not write, but I was told that I could not do that for him, as I do at all other appointments even at the VA, but the assistant would fill out the paperwork for my husband. When the doctor came in I was told I needed to leave because my presence would compromise confidentiality, even though I could shed light on things my husband cannot remember and the assistant stayed. The doctor further insuated that my husband had issues that he does not have, and upon leaving and doing some research I realize he was sent to a drug rehab doctor, which he has NEVER had any issues with drugs.

Now QTC calls to set up his appointment with an "internal" medicine doctor and give us the runaround about the appointment. Upon researching the doctor we refuse to see him, his address is in an apartment complex and all his reviews say about how bad he treats his patients, or how his lack of care has caused further issues and even death. Now I know my husband is not seeing this man for actual treatment, but I cannot trust someone who is obviously there only for the money with the financial well being of my family's future.

When this information was given to QTC the rep got nasty with my husband and told him that this doctor was the only one they had in Birmingham, which would explain the reviews. At some point QTC needs to look at the doctors they are using and quit trying to save money and obtain contracts with quality doctors.

I'm Lena Williams an Air Force veteran. Nathan is my first born and I'm using his cell phone to expose this lucrative scam operated by QTC MANAGEMENT INC. On 04/16/2019 I attended a C&P exam which was scheduled with Dr. Marta Otero, a clinical psychologist, located on East 15th Street in downtown Fort Worth, Texas. Dr. Otero couldn't contain her disdain of me upon seeing me. She started my exam late and ended it early. She repeatedly lied about not having my VA claim file. She treated me so shabbily that I began crying, she looked at me, laughed and asked me why was I crying. After her maltreatment of me it was blatantly obvious to me that I should expect problems with the results of my exam. I called QTC and was informed that my C&P exam was sent back to Dr. Otero because she failed to complete and sign it.

I emailed the specific issues and noting most of the other one star reviews the problems are systemic to the bad service provided by QTC consistently.Hopefully the VA and all other government agencies/employers using QTC take notice and abandon using QTC as a vendor in the future.
