Had my first visit since my 1 year old was sick and I was completely satisfied. The staff was friendly, and the doctor took good care of us. I went in around 6:30pm-7pm and was in and out. We got lucky since there wasn’t of a much wait time. They have a cute waiting room for your littles too!

I went to urgent care, and they were so nice and helpful, it was fast doctor's and nurses treated you with care. Love it 😀

Had appointment at 6 pm, waited 45 minutes to be seen but til 45 minutes later we were told nutritionist wasn't going to see us do to an emergency I don't like informal people, I had to miss work to drive my husband to this appointment, why didn't staff called me to cancel our appointment, please don't call us to reschedule as we don't need nothing from informal irresponsible people.

Appropriate to say health is important to continue and have the facility and staff to appreciate every patient that walks in the LEGACY MD MEDICAL GROUP

Environment was very clean and sanitary no complaints, however the patient service was very unsatisfactory. Waiting a long time in the waiting room past appointment time. Once in the exam room nurse was brief but friendly. I was there with my mom who was the patient. She commented how she doesn't like doctor Ho because he is in and out. Well when he finally came into the room my mom introduced me as her daughter and he said snarky "okay, which one is the patient?" My mom stated she was. He then sat at the desk where there was a computer with his back to us. My mom mentioned the rash on her foot and he barely evaluated it and submitted her refill on meds and ordered a cream for her foot. Then was about to leave when I attempted to explain the extreme pain and discomfort she has been coping with and how she is not getting much sleep because of it. He barely turned around to talk to us about and mentioned the meds she is on should work or help. Then he left the room. He was with us for maybe 5 minutes and left her chart open when he left the room. My experience with my new york doctors is they never leave the charts signed into and open due to privacy practices. He never reviewed the meds to see of she needed refills on the meds that would help with the pain. Then the refill she did receive was written wrong for frequency and would not last the month and she would need to see the doctor again in 2 weeks for another refill.
His bedside manner definitely needs improvement. Take more time with the patient and truly listen to them. Provide more detailed medical information and consultation. Maybe if he did they he might know who the patient is when he walks into the room. I am from New York and visiting my to support her with an upcoming surgery. I have never experienced such poor care from a medical provider. Truly not fair when people pay alot of money for insurance and copay and put trust and faith in the doctors that seem to have no compassion for quality patient care.
If all patients stopped paying maybe it would get their attention and promote change. Unfortunately that is not a realistic approach.
Truly sad 😔 and disappointed

My observation of the facility was impressive because my explained they have their own pharmacy, labs, and xray so all treatment could be done in one location. My thoughts are it has great potential to be an outstanding medical practice as long as they increase quality care and patient satisfaction.
End of rant. Good luck legacy med. I hope you take action and improve for my mom's sake and all other patients. Hopefully the rest of the doctors on the business card are better.
