"I moved to this area to find a new doctor, but the clinic staff have been rude and unresponsive. I called on March 1st to change my doctor. I successfully changed to this doctor in March, and on April 1st, I called to confirm and sent my ID and insurance card. However, they never responded until now. When I called today, they said they received my ID card, and the staff gave me an appointment date of July 10th.

What should I think—is this doctor just that busy, or are the staff at fault?

I complained that the appointment was scheduled so late, and the staff told me I could change doctors by calling the number on the back of my insurance card."

I’ve been coming here for 8 years as I feel Dr Lee is a very kind and wonderful doctor. His staff however especially the girl scheduling appts is terrible at imputing the appt in the computer and you show up and they say u don’t have an appt. Drive 15 miles today for bloodwork only to find out the doctor didn’t show up so they couldn’t do blood work …. But nobody called me to let me know. There not very informative to say the least !

I’ve got a lot of reasons to tell people not to go.
They are only nice and kind when you walk into the office. Once you get out, and need any outside service such as getting a referral,prescription....you will have to wait over 3months or never get a response. I asked them to get a referral for ENT and called them over 3weeks...i had a bad cold at that time and got the referral after 3months.... also, once i call them, they said they will call back but never did. The doctor doesnt call back either....
My wife had a blood over 2months and went to the ER because they dont provide referrals and prescriptipn although i was keep calling....
They dont pick up the phone or put it as not in service couple times i kept call them....
Worst doctor’s office ever. The doctor makes an excuse that the computer gets down and sometimes miss the requests....but i have never heard anything like this from my family nor my friends....
Im still with them but i will be getting different doctor once my wife gets to see the specialist..otherwise i have to start all over again to make an appt with new doctor and etc....
