Had a great experience here. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I saw Dr Umberto Torres and he was great. He was thorough and quick. There was minimal wait time. Convenient location and parking

I think Nurse Practitioner Melissa Losiewski needs to see a psychiatrist and would avoid her like the plague ! I went for a basic wellness check with nothing to do about medications . She didn’t take time to review my medical history and made rash judgements on a simple wellness check . I was not there for medications vaccinations , and or to establish care with her as my primary care . I had already scheduled with my wife’s primary care as my PA through Lee Health . I was there for a physical and routine labs . She is very arrogant , quick to judge , and not a nice person in general . My wife who is a Lee Health employee will be contacting patient advocacy to report my very first encounter with Lee Health . If I could leave a zero star for her , I would .

Something is wrong with the administration of this site. I have had extraordinary experience with Lee health but not with this facility. I was taken as a new patient with a firmed appointment, waited over a month for this and then clled two days before telling me they ouldn't take new patients but they would csll me back to see if they could get me another sppointment. Never called back Very very unprofessional. I expected more from Lee Health,

Dr Draulans is my Dr. For 20 years I highly recommen him. After a visit yesterday I can tell you he is the best there is. He is kind, knowledgeable, and doe not hurry you. You will leave a happy patient. His nurse Nikki is also very kind and quick with response time. She is also very knowledgeable.

Doctors and most medical staff a very good. As far as Lee Health goes, their policies and charges as based on Hospital fees! Lee Health is a poor excuse for a company, collecting $.01 on every dollar that has sales tax charged. This 1 cent out of the 6 cents charged was supposed to assist when the economy was so bad in 2007-2013. The economy here is going strong now and they continue to collect the money from the county because they threatened to leave if the county did not assign this funding to them. Today Lee Physicians Group charges $170.00 (this charge is Hospital rate, even if you are not in the hospital!) for an office visit and if you don't have insurance you pay the full amount! Their, Lee's practice is to insist on your coming in once a year or they will not refill prescription, even if you have no need to go to the doctor. This is a purely financial scam to create review and earnings. For those of us who remember only going to the doctor when you were sick, this money grubbing act has nothing to do with your health or wellness, just plan old abuse for financial gain!

Stay away from this place if you can!Dr. Dr Jon Schmidt And staff Maggie are basically worthless, I am someone that has never posted a review about something or someone in my life but I feel that this information needs to get out.Why bother with an appointment with Dr. Schmidt when all he’s gonna tell you is get some over the counter medication as he does not believe in antibiotics, he does not believe in any kind of muscle relaxants, he does not believe in any kind of steroids even if you desperately need them. They will not return calls they’re very nosy and condescending and rude I hope this helps someone.
