Day shift nurses were exceptional despite very unclean facility. Something sticky on the floor next to the bed for 2 days. Extra equipment stored in the bathroom for the entire stay. Extreme difference at night. The night nursing staff should be monitored closely on the second floor. They did not respond to call button at all. Oxycodone was on record of being administered, but it was not. Beware of this shifts nurses.

I was a little scared by these reviews, but the truth is that you have to live your own experience. I had an EGD, and I can only say WOW! From the moment I entered the registration, to the waiting room, everything was super fast, the nurses treated me excellently, the supervisor spoke to me to ask how I had been treated, he was so nice with me! When I went in to have the procedure done they were super kind and helped me calm my nerves, I felt super safe, when I left they were also super attentive. I am very grateful! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My 90 year old Mom went to ER and was in 12/10
Pain and bad cough that was causing the pain.
13 hours later sent us home with oxy and no lung treatment or advice for expectorant.
The tech gentleman was the greatest ever! The hospital ER doc was clueless!
The nurses were fabulous. My mom declined after the visit and had to be treated the next day.
I’m sure the ER bill will be 20000 for nothing!

Tuesday, February 11, 2025 the ER doctor released my husband with a 7mm kidney stone blocking his utera. We had to come back less than 24 hours later. The ER doctor on 2/12/25 was a lot better and said he should never had been sent home.
Wait times are a joke at this place as well. We finally got admitted and into a room after waiting 8 hours. Surgery was supposed to have been Wednesday night then they changed it to Thursday morning only to be told it would be later on Thursday. The surgeon was 4 hours late! Surgeon said he could go home after surgery but the hospital doctor said no. That doctor has not seen him and should not have any say in the matter They are all about the money here

I just wanted to give a huge shout-out to the medical staff that took care of me earlier this week in the west wing emergency unit. Also, to Dr. J with Infectious Disease and Jasmine, my wonderful nurse. Thank you all for making my stay the best one possible! (:

Lee Health needs to be completely shut down and new leadership needs to come in. It’s the most inefficient health system! Feels like a third world country. They won’t allow Dr’s to admit patients anymore so EVERYONE has to go through the ER! Residence of Lee County need to pull together for change. We deserve far better than this gross incompetence!!!

I would like to express my profound gratitude to the lee health organization.. 🙏 The doctors, nurses, and administrative staff have been absolutely incredible. I generally have a healthy disposition, but with a general health check, and a slight fall i hurt my back, i had catscans, and an MRI they discovered, i had Polyps in my lungs and Polyps in my lower spine area. 3 biopsies were conducted, and at the same time, it was suggested. That I do a colonoscopy which I did. The professionalism and happy disposition of the staff. Mainly, the nursing staff in outpatience was fun but professional.. The get it done, attitude is outstanding, and I can not thank LeeHealth more for their wonderful commitment to patients service..Excellent job 👏👏👏👏👏

I recently had surgery at the Cleveland Ave location and from the time I showed up at 630am, until surgery everything was like clock work. Evelyn checked me in, she was such a nice and professional.
My surgeon, Dr. Lin, was very professional and shared my surgery. My Anastasiaologist shared his process.
I was moved to a room for the night, everyone was great. I can't say enough about my care while I was there.
Thank you to all that made sure my meds were delivered on time, and my care was top notch.
