Schedule appointment in November for late December. Was called two hours before appointment to be told I need to have a script for the imaging. They repeatedly said MRI when I was getting an EMG. I asked why they waited two hours before my appointment to confirm this. I then spoke with an extremely rude supervisor named Jackie who came on the phone ready to let me know who was boss. I repeated asked for the conversation to be solution oriented and yet she continued to tell me she doesn’t have to do anything that I need to call the doctors, which I understand but didn’t need to be spoken to so rudely. She then refused to give me someone else to speak with to help me find a solution. This woman is not equipped nor trained on managerial customer services. To say the least I will never have imagining done there, I would recommend to find another location as they are negligent.
