Absolutely disgusted in the fact That they close at 7 PM and they literally kicked me and my daughter out in the cold at 7:07 PM. I was a manager at Walmart for three years and if the store closed at 10 PM, every employee was basically stuck, especially management until the last customer was out I’m ashamed and disappointed, and the fact that they made me and my sick 3 year old child sit outside waiting for a ride. So they can rush home. In 40 degrees. Were both already sick. I had told the lady that my ride was 10 to 15 minutes away. A nurse literally rushed us outside and was very rude about it. This experience made me never want to go to any Lee health location again in my life.

Always very thorough and SO fast. Very empathetic and just all around great. Do not go-to the emergency room if not needed GO HERE!
The staff is great, intake, the nurses, Physician Assistants and Doctors. They are all very professional and much better than the ER!
Truth be told I prefer coming here rather than our family Doctor.

Even though it was a little difficult for me to find the entrance from Cleveland Avenue, I’m very happy with the facility. The staffing is excellent, and the service was fast and complete. I’ve been there twice and it’s the only place I will ever go in the future.

I’ve always gotten great care at Page Field. I have chronic bronchitis the doctors there know it and have always given me great care. I went in 2 weeks ago with green/ yellow sputum and postal nasal drip. I told them I have sinus infection and probably bronchitis. An APRN came in never opened the computer to go over my stats and see I have chronic bronchitis. She took my temp, no temp, asked me what I wanted I told her my history seeing she didn’t open the computer. She said, I’m not giving you anything, no antibiotics nothing. I asked why she said you’ve only had this one day, really I told her I want to catch it before it turns into pneumonia, no nothing. I said then I’ll come back tomorrow she said I’m not giving you anything tomorrow. I said, this has wasted my time she said, you wasted my time. I talked to Lee Health about this abuse they’re going to look into it and get back to me. I’ve heard nothing. I have great insurance I’m heading to other clinics I don’t need this at the age of 78. Next day I had a dentist appointment I talked to her about it she could see the postal nasal drip she gave me Amoxicillin for 7 days, thank God for her. I won’t be going back to Lee Health Urgent Care too many clinics to go to.

My wife had a decent sized laceration to her hand which required sutures. We visited the facility and were seen fairly quickly. The staff were polite and professional and everything clean. Overall had a positive impression of the services provided.

On 12/22/24 @ 6:15PM Sue (Susan Rn) failed me. As she is supposed to help save lives I was turned away in pain and crying. Called into the building for a sprained ankle that I couldn’t walk on and asked if an employee could bring me a wheelchair. Instead two workers came out Susan being one of them stating “ you should just go to the hospital we won’t have anything here to help you “. She proceeded to tell me “ we won’t lift you “ and I didn’t expect her to AT ALL. I could’ve hopped to the wheelchair. With tears in my eyes and in pain I tried to pull myself to drive to Lee Memorial hospital. And thank God they cared for me! I was let down by Lee Convenient Care and by Susan the RN. You won’t ever have to worry about me going to this office ever again. So disappointed in people that are suppose to help save lives!

This is the perfect place to zip in when you wake up with a bladder infection, or you twist your ankle in the middle of the night. Or you are coughing, and you wonder if you have pneumonia again. Also, there is a small pharmacy in the same plaza, so you can get your medications right away. So convenient. I love this place.

The other location in fort myers is awful. This location is INCREDIBLE. The difference is like night and day. We have come several times and always had a great experience. Short wait times. Doctors were great, they listened and didn’t make us feel rushed. I definitely recommend this place (only this location, pine island) if your ever in need of an Urgent Care. I would give more stars if I could. Photo is of waiting room on 2pm on a holiday. We just eft page field location. (It was closer) and they had a 3 HOUR WAIT and a FULL waiting room. THIS PLACE IS THE BEST!
