I took my grandson in for a dental check- up yesterday, I have always had a good experience at his dentist office. This particular day was a bit different. The staff at the front desk was very nice, as usual. However, the dental assistant had absolutely no personality. She never smiled at us or really acknowledged us even when my grandson would say something that was silly ( since he is 6 years old). He was a bit hyper after being in a classroom all day, which is normal. It seemed to annoy the princess dental assistant
Throughout the appointment she never spoke to either of us except to call my grandson down for being fidgety or doing anything that seemed to annoy her. The dentist was very nice and did not seem to mind my grandson being a little hyper. As we prepared to leave after the dentist went over his future treatment plan and the royal princess walked us to the front my grandson asked if could he have a balloon and she quickly said “no”, I asked her what her name was and she never turned around to acknowledge I had spoken to her she quickly said “Macy”. I noted that and had all intentions of speaking to the sweet lady at the front about her rude personality, but decided not to, because maybe she was just having a bad hair day or something since she seemed to be really into herself. I will say that she is a pretty young lady, but her beauty was quickly diminished by her personality or lack there of. The kindness and compassion of the rest of the staff over shadowed Miss Macy. My advice to her would be find herself a job that she doesn’t have to at least try to like children.

Amazing! My son had an accident at school and hit his mouth. The timing was right before they closed but I decided to call for some advice and the nurse was amazing! They told me to head on up to see Dr Laurie. His usual dentist was not there so this was our first time seeing her and after hours too! She was amazing! The nurse did an X-ray and Dr Laurie examined him to make sure he was okay. I was completely blown away by the care they gave my son. I cannot thank them enough!

I absolutely love the staff and the dentist. They are always so kind to my family. However the last three times my son has needed x rays they let my husband know they do not have the pediatric insert for x rays. My son now 4 but this happened at 3 as well will gag/choke on the piece they do have. If you are a pediatric dentist then it would be nice to have the right equipment.

The staff in Monroe are so kind and caring to our children. They work great as a team to make your children comfortable, starting from the very first visit. I am so thankful I found such a wonderful Dentist office for my children. All of the Dentist are amazing!!

We have been taking our son to see Dr. Marshall since he was old enough to go to a dentist. We love her and how patient everyone is with him. They have always worked with us to make multiple shorter appointments to get through dental work that can be done in stages which is such a relief!

Absolutely amazing staff!!! They overwhelmed me with compliments!!! Best visit ever!!! My teeth have never felt more clean!!! Also Amber is a great gossiper so its nice to have someone to talk to while getting my teeth cleaned!!! Dr. Long is awesome too she said my wisdom tooth looks good and everything was good, just remember to brush and floss!!!🦷🪥 HIGHLY RECOMMEND a visit if you’re from around the Monroe Area and need a clean or check-up!!!

This is exactly what I expected when taking my son to the dentist the first time! Everyone I interacted with was wonderful. The person who helped me make the appointment was kind and knowledgeable. The dental hygienist, Penny, was so sweet to my 5 year old. She kept him entertained so I could focus on the dentist’s recommendation for his plan of care. She also sent home goodies for my 3 year old daughter. She and Dr. Savage spent over an hour explaining what their recommendations were and why. Dr. Savage has a practical, conservative approach which I appreciate. I highly recommend this office.
