Pretty good been here only a few times thankfully I haven't needed to be there more! Service was amazing, the nurse always calls back quick. Cell service sucls but what do you expect here in Lavaca? but still! Always gets in quick an gets out steady. It's a wonderful and very sterilized area, the phsyicians are incredible!

It's great but the phone service is not that the front desk lady is supposed to be answering, all day for two days I can't get a hold of anyone I get Thur once and againe I can't get Thur. Keeps saying the desk lady is unavailable and telling me to leave a message or press 0 to speak to someone but no one is there to answer it gives the same message unavailable. If ur front desk lady isn't going to answer the phone or be unavailable every hour how do u plan to get patients or help someone. Two days of this and I don't understand what is going on. Can she not answer and ask us to hold and then get back to us instead of not answering. Can't even message the nurse Thur my mercy or MyChart to ask Amy questions either they will be closing soon and I still have no word on anything and no answer from anyone
