I'm not the type of person which shares reviews on internet specially to tell bad things about it. But this is the worst practice your could go to. This office doesn't even call to let you know your lab results. They just send them through their portal without reaching to you. They knew I had irion deficiency that allow me without care a month or more because the hurricane hit my appointment was canceled they didn't care to find me a spot, or even advising what to do.They didn't call me back after leaving a sms in their office. They don't care about your health, they think about bussines. I wouldn't recommend this place to no one.

Dr Broadway is by far the best primary care physician I have ever gone to. Some words to describe her, compassionate, caring, humble, skilled and professional.

She is unlike most primary care physicians, in the sense that she has a broadened skillset to assist you with a variety of problems. She wants to be actively involved with all of your care to make sure you're doing what is best and appropriate.

The staff at Dr. Broadway's office are great. All very friendly and caring. The office is run like clockwork and your wait time will be minimal.

Dr Broadway is that rare gem of a physician that sadly, is hard to find these days.

Staff and facilities of Gulf Coast Medical Group Venice Family Practice @ 901 Venetia Bay Blvd. are 5-Stars outstanding. The waiting room is always clean and neat. Reception staff are courteous, helpful and genuine in patient support needs. Nikki is attentive to the patients non medical support needs. I once watched her contact a patient caregiver to arrange his return home as the patient seemed worried they had been overlooked. Dr. Broadway and her Nurse Dorothy are top notch Patient-Centered healthcare professionals. I feel completely confident that together there is true continuity of care between them and nothing is overlooked.
Could not be more satisfied with my health care in this Group’s hands.

Dr Broadway is professional, compassionate and thorough. She is very friendly and always takes time to clearly explain issues/concerns. She is honest and straightforward without being insulting. I never feel like she's rushing to finish with me. She has been spot on with diagnosis and treatment. I'm definitely healthier from my time spent with her. I certainly recommend her and would award more stars, if possible.

DO NOT SCHEDULE WITH THIS DOCTOR IF YOU WORK DURING THE DAY!
I made an appointment as a new patient WEEKS ago AND informed the staff I work school hours only to get a call a COUPLE of days before my appointment they can’t accommodate a 4:00 appointment for a new patient. I AGAIN informed the staff I would be there at 3:30 FOR A 3:30 appointment and they declined if I could not be there at 3:00.
This was unprofessional and extremely frustrating!! Not good customer service. Maybe I dodge a bullet if this is the kind of service BEFORE you even see the doctor!!

Was looking for a good doctor, but it wasn't here. Requested that patients show up for their scheduled appointment 30 minutes early. When we weren't there, they called me and asked where I was. I told them I was in route and the receptionist tried to berrate me for not being there 30 minutes early. My response was that I had checked in online and when we arrive, it takes them a total of 2 minutes to look at driver's license and insurance card. When I arrived (20 minutes before scheduled appointment), the doctor had left. The office wanted us to reschedule but I told them they could have told us on the phone that the dr was leaving. Then her associate, husband, saw us and we had to ask for the results of each test because he was wanting to leave as well. Very unprofessional office. My time is just as important as theirs! Won't be returning. I definitely would not recommend this office if you are looking for pleasant results. I would give a zero star, but not an option with this site.

I have great confidence with Dr. Broadway's level of experience and caring. She is very efficient and organized, yet takes time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. I highly recommend her as a primary care physician.
