My doctor is amazing. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Sadly I can't say the same for the front desk. Whoever I spoke to on 02/03/2025 at 2:33 PM was the incredibly rude, unempathetic to my situation, and even unethical in how she said things to me. I've had issues with the front desk before such as them not letting me see my doctor sooner, or making it an uphill battle to get prescriptions filled, but whichever staff I spoke to yesterday has no business working in the medical field. Manners, empathy, and ethical treatment are all cornerstone of conducting yourself proffesionally in the medical field, and that lady exhibited none of them. The only reason my reviews are higher than 1 star are because of the doctor I have and his medical assistant. If not for them I'd find a new clinic.

Had both my children going here, they always cancelled last minute as im driving to an appointment i recieve a call upon arriving to the parking lot just to be told the appointment is cancelled 5 minutes before the appointment as the doctor was not going to be avaible anymore both my kids delayed for vaccines had to change them to another clinic as here the professionalism is not up to date.

This place is a circus especially Dr Carrasco. Don't trust them they will report you to social services even though you are doing everything for your mother. IHSS program Caregiver every morning, meal preps , walks and great healthy diet and weight and he felt he needed to report us. Smh but yet didn't address the reason for the visit. Which I called myself to schedule.

It is really unfortunate having medical sometimes I mean I'm grateful for it but some of these clinics . I haven't even seen a doctor yet but each person when I walked in and on the phone make it very difficult to schedule an appointment.Like they don't want to help you . I was explaining I've been sick for a month and all they care about is your insurance covering your appointment. Just switched to them with my insurance but if the doctors are anything like the front office I will be switching again . Very Rude staff . If people are unhappy with their job they should at least hide it and be professional and like an above review said be more personable !! I mean we are patients for goodness sake !

I unfortunately had a bad experience here. My first and only appointment went great I thought. I saw Dr. Taylor and appreciated the time she spent with me. We went over my entire medical history, and I brought in pages of my old lab work & other tests performed. We discussed the medications I was on and it was marked in my new chart. Three weeks goes by and I needed refills on my medications. I requested the refills through their online portal called Ochin. My pharmacy said the one medication (xanax) was denied but I never got a reason why from Laurel. I had to call several times to get an answer- "It wasn't originally discussed during your visit so you need to come back and see her." It was only three weeks prior that I was in, and it was absolutely discussed, especially considering it was marked down in my chart and I was able to request the refill online. ? She refused to call me back to discuss. I really do not understand how they can say it was never discussed, yet it's in my chart. I also had another issue that was never followed up on. The staff here is unorganized and I have a feeling I got treated the way I did because I am on Medi-Cal. As someone who worked in a medical office for years I couldn't believe the doctor refused to call me back. This ordeal was so upsetting and I will not be coming back here.

This is a terrible place to go. Most of the front desk staff is very rude and unfriendly. Appointments take a ridiculous amount of time. When you call to ask the dr a question it takes days if not weeks to get a response, or sometimes they won’t respond at all. The front desk staff are busy speaking about their personal lives with each other or whispering bad things about the patients. I’ve even heard them speaking loudly bad about patients. I took my daughter and the dr prescribed a medication which was sent to my pharmacy. The medication was discontinued so I called the dr to replace it with a similar one. Well they didn’t call me back. I called back the next day and they told me hopefully the dr can respond back by the end of the day. So I went personally in to speak with the dr. They had me wait 30 mins, couldn’t replace the medication so they sent me to a different pharmacy. Well come to find out the pharmacy didn’t have the medication either and I personally called 7 different pharmacies for this specific prescription and none of them had it. So my daughter has to wait a whole weekend in pain and plus it’s a holiday Monday so the clinic will not be open. It’s just completely ridiculous and unprofessional. I’ve had tons of bad incidents there. I will have to look for a different practice to take my family. If I could give negative 5 stars I would.

This office needs to be investigated and staff looked into as they make you run tests because they “actually don’t like to but prefer you to” and now I have a worsening infection on top of a chronic illness this has affected and now made worse thanks to the unprofessional doctor/nurse. This place should be shut down I’ll be looking into how to contact higher involvement to make sure that these people are unable to have the ability to make a decision that is as far as I’m concerned act like you are in a fast ffood joint and thinking they can give medical help or diagnose any problems you have. It might even be a better option to ask a unrelated fast food place honestly I couldn’t believe the people who have had a good reason to tell any patient that they want you to do what they are expected to be professional about. Take my advice and get help anywhere else but here. If you have no medical background they will take you and let you get paid for nothing else but what anyone can do better or just about the same having what seems like no medical background to give a total lack of medical care and realistically dangerous advice for a obvious reason

Horrible service at the front desk. And even worse trying to get through on the phone. Especially on a Friday.. they will not answer. I've been calling for 45 mins starting at 10am and no answer. Very very pathetic as they obviously don't take the patient into consideration.
