I love Dr Dickerson, but the clinic is SO poorly run. I waited over an hour to be taken back because the person checking me in didn’t “see” me return my paperwork. We respect the doctor’s time. How about respect for patient time in return? I also had called twice prior to my appointment to give my insurance change. No one ever answered my call or returned my message.

I had breast cancer last year and I really liked the care I got from Dr. Dickerson. Since the initial few visits, I have only seen Dr. Dickerson herself once or twice this year. My last visit was with yet another P.A. that I really didn't feel comfortable with. Also got calls from their Patient Navigator who would ask me if I was feeling ok and then my insurance would get charged like it was an office visit, until I finally realized what was going on and asked the woman if I was being charged. She said oh no, it's part of your care package and you don't get charged. I said but you are charging my insurance aren't you and she said well yes. I said then I'm getting charged! I do like the nurses that I've dealt with. They are friendly and do their job well. Don't really care for any of the regular office staff. Have left messages and asked for the doctor to call me back only to be asked "Why do you need to talk to her?" I just talked to the girl for 5 minutes telling her what was going on and then she's going to ask me that question. Doctor never did call me and on my next visit I told her what had happened and she said she never got a message from me.

My mother was a patient of Laura Dickersons for 18 years until chemo was no longer working and she ultimately passed. She was an amazing doctor and we couldn’t have asked for better and the care team in the back infusion room always made sure she was ok comfortable and feeling her best even when she noticeably wasn’t. A million and one thanks would never be enough.

I’m not sure where to begin, but I’m not happy with my experience so far. I realize everything has been crazy because of the holidays, but when the doctor is out, nothing gets done. I was supposed to have a referral to a cardiologist for an echocardiogram before my chemotherapy on Friday. This was December 20th. I had not heard anything by The first of January. I had called the office and left several messages. Then called the cardiologist and they said they sent two messages requesting additional information. It took another few days after calling several times to get everything scheduled. I finally was able to an appointment with the cardiologist the Wednesday before my chemotherapy on Friday. I don’t particularly like the fact that the chemotherapy is done in a wide opened room with chairs so close together. No privacy at all. In fact, it’s difficult to even go to the restroom for navigating around other patients and staff. The only positive so far is that the staff is pleasant. However, other facilities have private rooms for chemotherapy and seem to have everything together.

Dr. Kate Velis and Dr. Laura Dickerson are the Best of all of my Dr's. I have been going to them for years... there not in my insurance network, however I will take the extra cost to stay in there care. Thanks to you both for all that you do for your patients💞💖

When I arrived i went up to window and was greeted very well. I filled out paperwork and it was close to my actual appointment when I got called back. The nurse who took me back was very personable and did a great job taking my vitals and drawing blood. The PA was awesome. She was thorough, answered my questions and gave great suggestions and options on my next level of treatment. I would always recommend this type of care to every one !!
Thank you

I found her to be very knowledgeable and ask me all the right questions. Ran blood work and had results very quickly. I would like to keep her as my Physician in future appointments.
