I started Coming to Launch in December 2024, I can honestly say it is hands down top on my list when it comes to genuinely caring about people. I have observed them not only with me but with new clients that come in, thoroughly getting to know them and how to best take care of their needs, as everyone may have simular goals, as Individuals we learn in different ways. All staff, coordinators, therapist owner's and doctors work with amazing communication not only with each other but each individual client. Launch Is very responsible and professional who takes client privacy/ anonymity very serious. I have the utmost respect for staff and this program, they go above and beyond In providing the tools that some of us need when it comes to living life on life terms. It will be the first place that I refer to anyone that needs help. I appreciate each and every one of you, thank you.

Launch to Wellness has truly been life changing for me. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. There is a great amount of resources, but what really makes the difference is the people. The case manager is always there when you need someone; dedicated, understanding, and genuinely caring. And the admissions team has always been on top of things and ready to help without hesitation.

Individual therapy has been a lifeline for me. It’s helped me not only stay committed to my sobriety, but also reconnect with who I am and who I want to become. It’s given me hope, direction, and the strength to believe in myself again.

And the group sessions—those are something special. There’s such a strong sense of community. We lift each other up, share honestly, and celebrate even the small wins together. That kind of support is rare, and it means everything.

The facilitators are knowledgeable and genuinely care about the well-being of their clients. These are a group of people that work in tandem to develop a treatment plan to meet the needs of anyone struggling with mental health disorders or substance abuse issues. Launch to Wellness provides a foundation from which clients learn to embark on a new life, armed with an arsenal of coping skills, life skills and applicable strategies. Clients also learn about the psychoeducation behind the disease of addiction as well as an understanding of how to live with a mental health diagnosis.

My experience here changed my life. When i finished 30 day residential it was suggested i try IOP and LTW is where I landed. To the extent you are looking for a safe place to learn about yourself and your problems and to the extent you thrive in an environment where the people around you and teaching you take an apprroach filled with love acceptance tollerance and patience. Look no further. I spent three months here healing from all kinds of issues. And i still go here to see my therapist and to visit these awesome people. I feel blessed to have worked with these people, and blessed to work with a great therapist. I love my life now and the LTW team is a big part of why i feel this way. Launch to Wellness. Out of all the outpatient programs I've been to Launch to Wellness is definitely a place I would recommend to someone seeking treatment. All the facilitators are overqualified! The knowledge and insight they were able to offer me was vital in my journey of change. All the staff at Launch genuinely cares and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and accommodate your needs. I love this place!
