I bought one, it arrived broken, and after talking with customer service, they offered to repair it. I don't want a repaired product, especially after paying $900+, I asked for a new one to be shipped, and they refused, so I'm returning it. The director of customer experience is clueless, I explained that I wanted a new one, since I had only owned it for 12 hours, and that should have discovered this prior to mailing, and he said " Inspecting a malfunctioning product is the best way to perform quality control. It allows the manufacturer to see firsthand what the customer is experiencing. WHAT.... No it's not.. Save your money guys, totally not worth it...
