Facility is clean and Doc Jolly is great. Front desk sucks. They have one of the slowest workers I have ever seen. Either she hates her job or she hates her job. It's takes 20 mins to check in. Appointments made are not correct and you WILL wait 2-3 hours to be seen. If you have decent insurance please go elsewhere. Your welcome in advance.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I’ve been sitting here for 3 hours. The women at the front desk are very rude and unprofessional. They’re going in sloooooowww motion, already tryna go on lunch break and it’s packed In here and they ain’t really do nothing but sit and talk about people for complaining that they’re not doing their job

If you are Latino, even if you are an American citizen, do not come to this place... the people who serve them are the most racist towards Latino people, I arrived with my American citizen wife to get a contraceptive implant and they kept us waiting for about two hours Then they took her inside the clinic for almost two more hours and they didn't put the implant in, they treated us like the worst and when they finally came out their response was this is how long it takes and we don't care what they have to wait. The county should fire all those incompetent people they have working there.

The office staff are great. Yes, the waiting time needs a little more work, but it’s worth it because my doctor really takes her time to not only talk to me, but also listens to me and my concerns. You don’t get that anywhere else. Dr. Jolly is awesome! She really listens to her patients and she really tell you the truth about your health; unlike most doctors. So if you want someone that don’t care about your overall health, go right ahead, but I’m staying put!

Made an appointment through my insurance and I find that I am pleasantly surprised. My first time here and the wait was reasonable. The staff exceptionally professional. I loved my nurse. The office made sure to check my temp as I came through the door and did a great job maintaining social distancing. Will definitely be back. Love being seen by people who look like me and have a professional experience. Keep up the great work!!
