I had an exceptional experience at this location in Wilton Manors from start to finish! The front desk service was warm and efficient, setting the tone for a great visit. Once I met Sebastian, my experience truly stood out. He is incredibly knowledgeable, especially when it comes to advising on prep and helping me navigate the many services available through the organization. Not only does he make me feel comfortable, but he also creates a friendly, welcoming atmosphere every time. I always request to see him because he’s simply the best at what he does.

I also love the gentleman who always offers me coffee or wine while I wait—it’s such a nice touch. The space itself is clean, spacious, and well-organized, making it a pleasant environment all around. If you're looking for a place where you will feel welcome and well taken care of, this is the spot. Highly recommend visiting this Wilton Manors location!

November 2024: Nurse is generally there Monday - Friday 10am-7pm.
January 2024: Omg such a pleasant experience! Everyone here is lovely from Jeremy (cutie at the counter), and Roberto (NA?) to Joel (RN). Everyone is super friendly and happy to help. Was in n out - as a walk in patient for testing and treatment - in just 1 hour! No/out of state insurance? No problem, they're happy to care for everyone. Wish this office was where I live, I'd never go to another practice. Overall I'd give 10 stars if I could. Thanks guys 🙂

The Lobby is immaculate, opulent, and modern! Very comfortable environment that they create. They offer service in both English and Español, que fantástico! I was helped by the very warm and competent Gerardo! They help with PreP, HIV treatment, and STD testing! They also give out free condoms, the people of this establishment are making south Florida a better place 🙂

Staff is super friendly and they make you feel at ease, also very knowledgeable. Very clean and comfortable facility. They charge your insurance (if you have it and if applicable) but you are never charged personally and honestly if there were more places like this in every city, we’d all be a lot healthier.

The person in the front desk is always very welcoming. The staff is multilingual (mainly Spanish and English). This time I met Osvaldo and we spoke in French! They were very accommodating. The hours and services change from time to time. Sadly, this seems to be the norm in many places since Covid started. Please be mindful, do your research and ask questions! The new offices are impeccable but for some reason they were taking out the garbage when I was there (big no no). AHF and compass are some of the other providers.
