Had appt for blood work on 15th of January and a physical on the 29th (today). Had to fast for the blood work just to be called an hour before my appt time and they canceled! So they wanted to set up another appt and I said I have the 29th physical and they said ok do blood work that day. So TODAY I fasted again. My appt was 1020 am. I finally got seen at 1220 by Dr just to be told that the lab was closed for lunch till 1 for blood work!! I was starving and sick of waiting for 2 hours to get seen just for dr to be in and out of the room in under 4 minutes. He didn't even mention 2 of the 4 things I was concerned about. So since I didn't want to wait till 1 for bloodwork my next appt is February 26th! I'm just changing providers. Ridiculous staff

The nursing staff was great only thing I don't like is the long appointment schedule to see the doctor one month long smh.

Had an appointment rescheduled next available was 3 weeks out show up and tech is not it. They say they left a message and a text none is true. I had a choice to reschedule or go somewhere else ... after 3 hr wait at this other place I finally got seen . Not recommend this place , they can only afford one lab tech !

I have had my consultations with Provider Irene Cruz for my issues, I love the fact that she takes her time to listen to my concerns and helps me better understand my issue and answers all my questions. And as for the staff starting from the front to the back they have always been respectful and helpful. With these changes from when the COVID-19 has started the virtual consultations have been also a great experience and very convenient. I also bring my daughter in to see their pediatricians and they are all great. I would recommend to all families!! Very Satisfied with all their services!!! I have never had a problem with my appointments being scheduled they are always available.

They really need a person to be on the phone to schedule appointments or transfer because waiting 30 minutes to an hour each time is ridiculous. People have lives and no time to wait around to schedule an appointment. My daughter hasn't been seen for her follow up shots and they don't call to remind you that her shots are due. My oldest daughter doctor her office called to keep my daughters shot record up to date.

I scheduled 2 different appointments waited all day on both never got a call for either appointment. Call trying to make an appointment to see my provider and I'm left on hold for nearly an hour. I drive by the clinic its basically empty and the staff is standing around talking. Definitely not going there anymore and changing providers as soon as possible

La Salle is GREAT! Only reason I gave 4 ⭐'s is because it takes too long to get someone on the phone for an appointment. 20, 30, 40 minutes. Perhaps it's because they're short handed.... It never took this long before. Maybe 10 or 15 minutes. Not sure what's going on but I will still recommend this medical office. This is the office on Main St and Second St. In Hesperia. They have been my kids medical doctors for many years and now my newborn grandbaby is a patient here. The PA's and NP's are great. They have always taken good care of my children. They take their time.... Never rush. I have NEVER waited long. They run their schedule very well. They have accommodated my kids for emergency visits as well. Thank you to all the staff. Hopefully they will do something about taking phone calls. They have to realize that parents work and the only time we have to call is during lunch breaks and we can't spend the entire time on hold. I left a message before for a call back to reschedule an appointment and no one called back please please please work on this. Other than this, you guys are amazing.

I must say the customer service there is very outstanding the two girls in the front are very professional and polite. They assisted me with a change in my insurance in a matter of minutes. Once i got to see the Lady provider I was impressed with the service all around. This is the best Family practice office i have ever been to. Thank you for your wonderful service.
