This place is HORRIBLE! Stay away!!!

This is basically hospice care.

They make appointments that you don’t need or ask for.I saw a doctor or nurse or I don’t even know what she is but her name is Elsa something ONE TIME because I was looking for a new PCP. This woman sat in her chair and as I’m giving her my medical history she started ADDING things I never said. Then two months later I need a refill on my prescription and apparently they sent the WRONG medication to their own little fraud pharmacy (which I specifically said - I take the brand name medication which my oncologist fills) and now CVS won’t approve my cancer suppression medication. This place may be good for patients that have nothing to do and love to spend HOURS waiting to be seen.

Oh another thing! Appointments aren’t even real lol. It’s by the order in which you arrive. I’m sorry but I’m not retired and I work in healthcare .. appointments by definition is an arrangement to meet someone at a PARTICULAR time and place.

This place should be closed down. I’m so sorry but they’re horrible.

This place deserves 0 stars. Incompetent doctor(Ivan Raprado) and the women in the front aren't very friendly. Went in because I was not feeling well the doctor that saw me(Ivan Raprado) was so unprofessional, rude and shouldn't be in the position he's in. He diagnosed me wrong and gave me some antibiotics but I was still not feeling well after the treatment he gave me so I went to my closest urgent care. they took way better care of me there then this place does. Found out I have pneumonia and i was positive for covid when Ivan Rapardo stated that "i have a common cold" when he only looked down my throat. Strange he didn't hear anything on my right lower lobe of my lung when he auscultated because that's where the pneumonia was found i don't think Ivan Raprado knows what he's doing and again shouldn't be in the position he's in as a "doctor " there are way better doctors out there that actually take care of their patients and care about them. next time I get sick ill just go to my closest urgent care then this place. Also the bathroom is disgusting they should really get someone to clean it up maybe the lazy women in the front can. I would also like to add that the first "doctor" I saw Dalila is just as bad as Ivan Raprado that dont care about their patients. I have a strange skin condition on my abdomen that always flares up for some reason Dalila took one look and said 'its not an issue and will go away in time" BUT IT HASNT! I'm going to find a dermatologist myself and get a real professional opinion. Disgusting place they only care about a paycheck here not the patients I'm changing to go somewhere better where they actually take care of you

Front staff very Friendly.. But as far as the doctors keeping the appointment time is a different story. Appointment is at 1:30 pm it’s almost 2:30 pm and nothing. Don’t come here if you think that your appointment will be as scheduled….

I arrived at the clinic, and the procedure I was supposed to do was incorrect, so I ended up wasting part of my day. But Isdenia at the front desk was very kind to me; she gave me information that was very valuable to me and answered all my questions. Thanks to her help, my visit wasn't in vain.

Today my experience at Centrum Health was okay. The only bad thing that no one speaks English, there is only one young lady that speaks English, she was very nice and very helpful. I am not sure her name but he had very long hair and definitely recommend if anyone comes in ask to her speak her she was amazing. The medical assistant Maybel was very nice and helpful.

My visit today at the clinic was amazing very clean I was in and out the ladies from front desk was great and helpful put vanessa from check was super nice helpful always smiling and very very friendly and helpful I will definitely recommend this clinic with my eyes close thank you for your service

Honestly, very disappointed. Front staff was very friendly and kind. But the doctor literally saw me for 3 minutes and the next lab appointment available is in 2 weeks. Totally not where I want to be seen.
