I’ve had nothing but problems the past hand full of time I’ve gone to them or have tried to go in for just cleanings. Today alone I had a 8am cleaning spot and as I’m pulling into the parking lot they call and cancel me, this appt was already a last minute reschedule on their behalf (which even took a while to get in they cancelled me back in December). And the last time I actually was seen for a cleaning they told me I had 4 cavities well I work at a dental office and had my dentist double check because I’ve never had cavities so how did I get 4 all of a sudden and guess what I didn’t have anything.

I believe that a bad apple can spoil the bunch. If you don't mind your visit being broadcasted to the tiny community and to your ex husband then visit The El Rito Clinic and make sure Cora Elena sees you. I would think someone who had worked at the clinic for over 20 years would be professional but maybe just entitled to treat people like she is better than them.

I've been to the dental clinic here several times in the last five or six years. I've had my teeth cleaned here, been squeezed in for an emergency visit more than once when I was having tooth pain, and (unfortunately for me) have had a tooth extracted here. The staff has always treated me with respect and kindness.

Ok, so the folks who answer the phone here can be a bit abrupt, but I guess they're pretty busy. In person, everyone I've met here has been helpful and nice.

The dentists and hygienists are professional and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and in good repair. I've been to several clinics that serve poor and/or rural communities, and this is one of the best.

I haven’t had experience in the medical part but dental is amazing.All the staff always try to help, offer good service are very friendly, professional & always work with you on the amount & payments when you don’t have ins. There not like other dentists who just try to make you pull your teeth out due to lack of ins or funds.They always try to get you in as soon as possible & respond to your voicemails promptly. Great job dental team for a job well done. Just another satisfied patient. 😊

Wouldn't let me to my appoint because I dont have an Insurance Card... Employers updated insurance benefits. I dont have the new cards(Aetna). The new cards wont be mailed because.
1. Just give your SSN. They will find and bill you.
2. They can find you in our system.
3. Mentions place of employment and they can find you in the same system.
All were lies..

Aetna is my insurance provider.. you can see their details via their websites on how THEY DONT ISSUE CARDS.. Also, Thanks for for being a VA provider and discriminating against this Veteran.

I haven't been here since filing my complaint over the paperwork for my artificial limbs but I am making certain the abuse is well documented.

Since the I have berated, belittled by the medical community like you cannot imagine. I have been even followed 2.5 hours to my new prosthetic facility. Had to go there because of the mistreatment elsewhere.

If this is all you have then you must but beware.
