Lani city medical is the best! I wish I discovered them years ago. These are the most caring doctors and staff I’ve ever had. They take the time with you that you need, addressing everything you need to be seen for. They listen and truly care. I’ve had medical conditions for years that my old dr never took care of. I’ve been with Lani city for 3 months and not only have they assessed my medical issues but they are already being taken care of and improving. You guys have truly saved my life. Thank you for everything!

Yesterday my daughter and I went in due to my daughter hurting herself at school and she needed an x-ray of her knee and Lani City Medical Urgent Care was amazing all around! Amazing customer service, amazing medical care! Receptionist was soooo wonderful, the nurse and the Provider were amazing! Definitely recommend them! They offer other services like weight loss/management, immigration physical and much more! Other Urgent Cares are a 2 hour wait plus more but here in less than 1 and a half we were taken care and they take their time with you( you don’t feel rushed). Loved everything about Lani City Medical Urgent Care!

The entire appointment process was extremely simple and fast, which was fantastic considering how stressful medical appointments can be, and especially when uninsured.

The receptionist was very friendly and courteous, as was the medical assistant that took my vitals and symptoms. I’m so sorry for not being able to remember their names.

My provider, Neha Bhagat FNP-C, was incredibly kind, empathetic, and informative. She listened to all of my concerns and prescribed medication that has been helpful in my recovery thus far. She was able to provide a doctor’s note for work and informed me that I could follow-up again, either in-person or video, should I need more time.

I would 10/10 recommend this practice for anyone that needs fast and thorough urgent care. I probably waited about 10-15 minutes max to be seen and was finished in well under an hour. I would have waited a lot longer if I tried going through a community clinic, so thank you SO much to the team at Lani City Medical for all that you do! (:

After being misdiagnosed at another UrgentCare last week I booked an appointment online with Lani City. I arrived for my appointment, signed in and was called back within 5-10 minutes! The receptionist was helpful and kind. The MA that took my vitals was professional and friendly. The NP came in the room within 5 minutes. He introduced himself, did a thorough examination and came to the diagnosis I expected. He had a friendly bedside manner, explained the medication he was prescribing and asked if I had any questions. I was in and out within 30-35 minutes. When I got home I called my pharmacy. They had already received and filled my prescriptions. I prefer this facility over my Primary Care Physician’s Office. I highly recommend Lani City Medical and will use them again the next time I need same day care!

Check my children in to get checked out they woke up with sore throat and fever. The staff was wonderful starting with the receptionist to the doctors was our first time there was very clean and everybody was professional and kind got us in and out very quickly and even got some of our medication on site I highly recommend This urgent care. We found our place.
